Publix Super Market at Indian Lake Marketplace

Chris in the meat department helped me out a lot with choosing the right turkey kind for what I was trying to do. He saved me money. He took the time out of his day at work and showed me my options. I commend you for your hard work.

The man that works in produce and flowers helped me pick out this cactus plant. He said he wasn’t much help but he did help me.

Always enjoyed shopping at this location. The young man with the long hair, Q, was exceptionally lovely. Customer service is a lost art and it was so refreshing to see a young man genuinely care about my needs.

Pharmacy & store is great! Never had an issue with the store and in almost 3 years I've only had 1 issue with the pharmacy - just so happen that 3 completely different employees were working that day that I'd never seen - and none since. The CPhT's and the pharmacists are very patient and understanding. The cashiers and everyone inside the store is ALWAYS willing to help and if they can't they find someone who can. I drive over an hour every month - completely out of my way - bc that's how much I prefer the Publix in Hendersonville on Indian Lake Blvd♥

My husband and I switched from Walgreens Pharmacy to Publix about 2 years ago, and the difference is night and day. Actual friendly staff who don't mind making reasonable accommodations. No more being told our medications are out of stock the day they need to be taken. It has been a pleasure doing business with them!

The cashiers and staff are very friendly. The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. They have a number of great produce and other items that you don't find in other places, and they always seem to be better quality. Yes, it's somewhat more expensive to shop at Publix, but the difference is worth every penny.

This particular location, (Hendersonville, TN), has very nice and helpful staff. Always very courteous and kind. Store is clean, and I enjoy shopping here!

Hat's off to the crew at this Publix, We live in SC , but spend a lot of time in Hendersonville, we do a good bit of entertaining when we're there and always shop at Publix. We bought some steaks that were really bad , we were leaving the next morning , so I emailed them with the problem , they made arrangements for us to pick up a couple of nice steaks at our local Publix in Boiling Springs SC . Well done guys , we appreciate it

Just had a wonderful experience at the seafood counter. They were in the middle of closing down and a lovely associate named Douglas took my order and was nice enough to steam my shrimp for me. You can not get better service than this at any other grocery store aside from Publix.

Best grocery store in town. They always have fresh fruit galore...my favorite! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good prices too!

I went in today around 5:45 to get a Strawberry Cheesecake for my Wife’s birthday. They didn’t have any made. I called the Wife to tell her what they did have, and while I was doing that, the gentleman working in the bakery asked what I was looking for, when I told him , he stopped what he was doing and made one for me. That is what customer service is all about! I didn’t catch his name, but THANK YOU!!

Always a fantastic and enjoyable experience. Whether I'm stopping in to grab a sandwich from the deli for lunch or filling up a cart, I have never had anything but a remarkable visit. Every member of the staff I've ever interacted with have been incredibly helpful and nice. Everyone seems to genuinely care about the customer experience. The store is always clean and organized, just adding to the overall positive shopping experience. I am so glad this is my local store and I can highly recommend this location to anyone in the area or passing through.

I love publix ! The pharmacy is a little new to me but all are very friendly and fast. One day I got there and asked for my prescription, he said 5 min I will have it ready! I watched my watch as I walked around the store. At 4 min 15 sec I got back and I was amazed. My script was ready and I was on my way.
