large Kroger with plenty of groceries and home goods. It's not a super Kroger with furniture but it's a large one,. clean and well stocked will definitely return. fyi, the dog food section has it's own fridge with refrigerated dog food for your high end furry friends. lot of goods your regular grocerie store doesn't have. glad for this to be so close to me. just seen on maps I can get to location from center point exit or new shackle island ext. very convenient to get in and out of especially eve traffic when everyone getting off work.

Usually everything is in stock or has good substitutes. The employees are super friendly!

Have gone to this location several times and they always have plenty of stock right now they're doing a bit of renovation near the freezer section but that didn't stop them from having good service and having everything that you would need to shop for

Great Kroger. Clean, bright, good selection of products and a friendly staff. HOWEVER: This Kroger is NOT open 24 hours and posted on the Google Maps description.

Completed a grocery pick up order tonight. Submitted my order at around 2pm for a 7-8pm pick up. Kroger called me at 6pm to tell me that my order was ready if I wanted to pick it up early. I really appreciate the speedy service tonight. The gal that delivered my groceries to my vehicle was friendly and didn't mind answering questions about my receipt. Thank you!

This is Mason, he is a fine young man & as I observed an excellent, hardworking employee. I watched young Mason from my car for at least 10 minutes. He never touched his cell phone & he didn't goof off while retrieving carts. He was kind & compassionate with taking customers carts so they didn't have to walk further. Very well mannered & respectful, properly uniformed & clean cut.
I complimented him as I went into the store. I also told Adam, a mgmt person, what a fine young man he had for an employee. Not sure if he has worked there long, all I know is his parents raised him right & they should be very proud!

I stopped by on the Fourth of July at about 7:30 PM and at the self check out, Polly was incredibly kind and helpful and even taught me a trick about how to bag your items without the machine yelling at you. She even asked my name, and something tells me she will actually remember it when I come back next time. Excellent customer service! Thanks Polly!

Kroger on Main Street in Hendersonville is awesome!!! Want something from the meat department that they don't have? Just ask - they will order it for you if it is available! They are constantly replenishing stock and are ways willing to check for you if you can't find what you need. Staff turnover seems to be much lower than at other stores and many of them know their regular customers so well they ask about family, etc. when you come through their line. They make it feel like a small town grocery!

Pam, in the florist department, is truly spectacular! My sister in law and I were in desperate need for a corsage with specific colors (non traditional colors), and we needed it this afternoon. We were terrified that we would have to settle for one of the pre-made ones, but after talking to this kind woman, she insisted we come back in an hour and she would have one ready for us. We came back an hour later, and she had it waiting for us and it was absolutely GORGEOUS. She truly made this day special for us!! Thank you so much for your generosity ma’am!!

Traffic in and out of the area this Kroger can be very frustrating, depending on the time, but it's still worth it. I love the fact that they have prepared sushi trays, which you can usually find on sale for $5 when it is getting close to the sell by date. I haven't found many "Woo-Hoo!" clearance deals here, though, probably because it is a very popular location.

Today my fiance's daughter is giving birth to a son I asked the patron that help me find a card that was successful then I saw the manager name Jan I think that was her name she got me in contact with the young lady who was working in Floral her name was Emily this was the best customer service I've ever received in any Kroger florist section ever she went above and beyond to get me a floral arrangement and put the card with the arrangement what she was doing that I was picking out some other things so I was pressed for time Emily eliminated all of my stress by taking care of this wonderful act of kindness she is worthy of praise and should be complimented on a job well done showing customer service at its best for those who are reading this review this Kroger is in the Pembroke area of Hendersonville Tennessee and if you get a chance to go by the floral section tell Emily that she is very appreciated and she does her job well because it just made my day

It's Kroger. Not much to say. Competitive prices. Come here for gas often since it is on my way to work. Grocery shop here occasionally if we are out in the area and plan to pick up groceries on the way home. No complaints. It is nice they have a US Bank here which is a plus for us.

Great location! Puts the other Hendersonville location to shame. This one is clean, friendly and always plenty of check outs open and staff to help. Other location on Gallatin Road has gotten dirty, understaffed and management is horrible. The managers at this location will bend over backwards to help you.

I frequent this Kroger and I enjoy it. It's a great size- not too big and not too small, and has a good selection. It's also conveniently located to Target, Ulta and Petco, so I can get all of my necessities at once.

Very clean and the lady in the bakery gave mr a fresh roast chicken right out if the oven. Our cashier was very swert as well.

I love going to Kroger, they have great customer service and I find all kinds of specials and sales. I also love that the store is clean!!!

This Kroger is always easy to get in/out of for me. I can usually find a close parking spot and the checkout is never long.
