Planet Fitness

I've gone here several times and every time it's been a great experience. People are hogging the machines and are very polite if you are waiting to use something. At this gym you don't have people that are staring at you and making fun of you if you weren't the same size as them or if you are somebody that is just getting started. Tried other gyms in the past and it's always a case where people seem to make fun of you if you aren't doing anything the same way as them (this doesn't happen here). It's a great place and I really enjoy it!

I would give this location 10 stars!
I travel through out the US and this is one of the best Planet Fitness' I've been to.
Large and extremely clean fitness area. Dressing area is great, rug on tile floor in the dressing room is a plus. Love the massage chairs, hydromassage beds and free wifi. Shout out to Desiree, she was so helpful and so awesome!

One of the nicest planet fitnesses I have been to. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a variety of machines to use. When crowded the dumbbell and stacked weight area can get crowded but didnt have a problem getting to what i needed. I would definitely come back to workout again.

The staff always greet you happily when you walk through the door. And tell you have a good one when you leave and thank you 😊 best pf I've gone to.

This is a nice planet fitness with nice machines, larger, space, and nice staff! This location is much better than the one in Goodlettsville.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED it. I could whenever I wanted, the staff is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else to work out. Other gyms, trainer's were over flirtatious and it made me uncomfortable but seeing them flirt with all the soccer mom's and them melt made me sick to my stomach. They were such a joke. Definitely not like that at planet fitness!

I love this location. It's always staffed well and very clean. There are always paper towels and cleaning solution at every station. The bathrooms for the ladies are always super clean, as well. Lots of machines, not at all crowded, the water beds and massage chairs are great, and of course it's 24 hours.

I stopped in while I was in town from my travels. Lance was eager to answer any questions I had, and walked me through the whole registration process. He was so patient with me! I had never really been to a gym before, so I felt a little out of place when I walked in, but I really felt like I was genuinely seen and valued by Lance, and the whole team! I'm proud to call Hendersonville PF my home gym, and look forward to returning next time I'm back in Middle TN!

I rate this gym to be the cleanest and most organized PF gym I've experienced. The staff highlights the atmosphere with their professional work ethic.

Visited here on a business trip on a guest pass. From what I could tell they keep the gym and equipment clean. Even saw an employee wiping equipment down. Always good to see.

Up to date equipment that is maintained.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
You develop sort of a gym type family that you look forward to interacting with
while you're there.
Is there anything that would cause me to have a bad experience while l'm there
let me think, a no l've got nothing. Overall great experience.

I am 77 years young, just recovering from major back surgery. The equipment is perfect for my rehab.

I usually go to the gym at Portland and this time went to the one in Hendersonville. I like the hours. I like the equipment available at most locations.. The one I live closest to doesn’t have as much as the one 40 minutes away, but it’s probably because it’s not as affluent and less people. I wish that having a scale wasn’t considered intimidating. It’s part of being healthy and encourages a positive change in mindset. There are people that need to know how much they weigh due to health problems, and that change in weight is a call for action/ medical attention. It would be awesome to have a scale available to gauge the accuracy of the at home scale as well. Other than that, I love the gym.

Shout out to Griffin for excellent customer service. He took the courage to ask a “stalker”(someone just sitting in the changing room watching everyone and everything) to leave the men’s changing room.

I ask management to check out this guy and revoke his membership. All of your customers are looking for a safe and respectful place to work out, change and shower.

My whole family comes to PF Hendersonville. My teenage boys, my husband and I all workout here! We probably represent all levels of fitness lol I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in 20 years and these guys are so helpful. They are always encouraging and friendly! Lance and Rylie (sp?) are just fantastic!! Really everyone is!! I highly recommend this gym!!! Jennifer Ladd
