Quick, professional, courteous. Called before they came. Worked us into an earlier time spot when they had a cancellation. Gave us multiple options and advise about what we needed now vs later. Will call Hiller again next time we need plumbing services.

Did my twice yearly HVAC check up with Hiller. Brendan and Jordan were great. They explained everything clearly and give you a choice of what needs to be done now, and what can be put off for a bit. This is super helpful in these tight times to not be hit with everything at once. Efficient and friendly. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I'm been trying for years to find a company to service my house that I can trust with good prices and be honest without try to sell me something or extra. The technician Christopher W. , was on time very polite with attention to details and explain to me my electrical problem with options because I'm on fix income no push sale pressure. He make sure not to make a mess specially with the severe weather conditions today. He had extensive knowledge and experience of his work. Thank you Christopher and Hiller for making me a happy costumer, you will be the first one I call when I need services for my house.😊

Our heat kit went out on our central heat and air unit but Hiller to the rescue!!! Hiller sent Chris our same day and he was wonderful! Showed us why the part was broken and was very quick to repair!! Thank you so much!

I am so thankful for Danny from the Northern Hiller Plumbing and Air out of Goodlettsville. Even though we were an add-on to his day and he couldn't get to us until 4:30, he treated us like we were the first visit of the day and he was not tired from an already over full day of HVAC issues. He was kind, thoughtful, quick to getting our heat going. He spent the time that was needed to discover the issue and get us running so we could stay running during this cold snap. Both the phone personnel and Danny were 5 star example of great customer service during a very difficult time. Thank you Hiller.

I will be providing 2 reviews (1 now, based on Graydon Robinson's visit) and another later on after the installation).

I was inquiring about a gas tankless water heater and scheduled an appointment with Hiller as well as another company to provide an additional quote.

I had already received a quote a few months earlier and was told that the quote was a good quote but he was still able to discuss different options and provided me with a lower quote.

He also looked at the furnace and AC unit that I had installed last year and complemented my choice of brands.

I contacted the other place that was going to provide an additional quote and cancelled that appointment. They reached out to me and asked me if I would be willing to let them try to beat the deal from Hiller, I was interested in hearing what he had to say UNTIL he decided to try to make their business look better by trying to belittle the competition.

When Graydon came over he was very complementary of the competition as well as some of the people he knew at the other location that was scheduled for the next quote.

Within all industries I truly believe that professionalism and customer service is just as important if not more important that the actual price itself (I mean, I don't remember what I spent for a hamburger last week, but I sure remember how I was treated).

Kudos to Graydon and I will complete an additional review of the technicians once the job is complete.

INSTALL REVIEW: The guys arrived here around 1PM and immediately got started.

We had 3 installers working on removing the 19 year old tank water heater and and installing the new tankless water heater.

The 3 guys are Thomas, Tyson, and Paul. They were professional, courteous, and just great personalities that provided amazing attention to detail with the install.

They also checked the water pressure level as well as checked all the faucets for showers, bathtubs and sinks to ensure that everything was up and running prior to removal, clean up and making sure I was satisfied with everything.

They definitely adhere to their slogan of "Happy you'll be or the service is free."

We are VERY Happy.

Hiller was awesome - quick and on time. Technician gave me helpful tip too. Really appreciate the professionalism.

This team showed up with 6 techs and managed to squeeze a 4 ton Furnace into an attic of a house made in 1850. They did it in less than 6 hours and were all awesome guys. Thank you so much Hiller team!

Great experience, they were on time, hard workers, explained all they did, answered all my questions, my lead Jacob was awesome! I highly recommend Hiller and will use them for all my needs in the future.

My HVAC unit stopped working, within 21 hours they had a repair man out and a new unit installed! Repair/sales/and installation was smooth and all were very nice and informative.

Very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. The quoting was the best we received with the most knowledgeable person. The install was quick as the next day, and though they ran into several hurdles the install team worked through it and stayed late to get everything working perfectly! Highly recommend!
