Everyone was very nice and friendly. The sales associates were very helpful. The store and clean and modern and easy to get to. Parking can be a challenge at times, but the parking is ample. Great sales and products.

Great place in Winter Garden for fragrances, candles, body creams and other things. They have beautiful gifts for almost everyone. The christmas candles are nice. Good service

I am crazy for anything from bath body works since 2017 when a friend introduced those great moisturizers since that I can’t stop buying candles, moisturizers, shower gel, hand soap and much more

My Husband and I went to Bath and Body Works in Winter Garden, Florida located in the Fowlers Grove Mall on Saturday, September 3, 2022, when we walked in the door around 10:15am we were greeted by a lovely young lady named named Chianti and even though she wore a mask you can tell she was smiling underneath when she said "Welcome to Bath and Body Works!" Then she asked if she could help me and I told her "I'm not sure yet." So she told me " If I have any questions to just ask her." I told her " You just made my day by being so pleasantly nice and if I had and questions I'll be sure to ask." After 10 minutes of me looking around, I just couldn't decide what I was wanting and Chianti asked me what kind of scents I liked" so I told her and she suggested several different sprays and I finally found one "Butterfly " and my husband got "Graphite" which I love! I wish you'd bring back the set called "Into The Wild" it's my favorite and it broke my heart when you discontinued it......
I just have to say that Chianti is an asset to you corporation and I hope you keep her a long time. My husband and I will be returning hoping to see her smiling face and get her excellent and knowledgeable help from her to find any more products that may smell good on me or my husband that we love. Went there fir the 2.95 foaming hand soaps. They had tons of them, all over the store, huge selection of scents. Looking forward to candle day!! Don't forget your coupons!

Good shopping there, specially when they have great deals and promos. The store is always crowded. But I love the smell and products. My favorite is hand soap.

Staff was very help. I wanted to purchase a 3 -wick candle but couldn't make up my mind. One of the employees took the time to walk me around the store offering suggestions.

Went in tonight at 5:30, we knew they were closing at 6 so we rushed to get our candles and lip gloss. The team member Ross was super helpful and friendly. He made sure we were all set and checked us out in the best way possible. We have gone there plenty of times right before close knowing we have to hurry up and the girls cash us out with big attitudes but not tonight Ross was super friendly!
