Good computer equipment

I ordered a Lenovo monitor for my Fiance for Christmas. With the shipping issues going on in our country I ordered the product in November to make sure it was here in time for Christmas. Rhis was a Suprise for her and she wanted a 2nd monitor for her laptop. Right after Christmas it was realized that this particular monitor was not compatible for what she needed. I contacted the returns department and explained what was going on. They did not care and basically said we can not return the product. Very disappointed.

I purchased a printer from them and 3 days later found it for $100 CHEAPER and I asked kindly for a price adjustment, but all they cared about was the 20% restock fee and not satisfying a brand new customer. I was just starting to load a ton of new equipment in my new shop too, but they certainly will NOT be getting any more of my business. $100 is a LOT of money, but even worse $70 just for them to receive an item and add it to a shelf -it's already what they do anyway. Terrible. Sad. UNACCEPTABLE.

When I placed an order, I had to reach out for any confirmation that my order had even been processed, and it took two days to get back to me. When my item arrived, it doesn't even have all of the functions it was advertised to have on the product page, so it's useless to me. What a waste of time and money.

Wanted to purchase from them a Okidata printer but after I read the review decided not , to pay a little better but with excellent review.

Have to answer your phone during business hours to earn my business. Apparently, they don’t.

Contacted customer service as there were issue with orders, they were very rude and got me disconnected.

I was very disappointed to find out that they do not have an actual storefront.
