Reanna is the best! Amazing customer service, easy to work with, quick and friendly service. If everyone in every customer service role were like her, it would be a perfect world. Thank you Reanna for making breakfast for my son and I streamline and easy.

Also, my son (4 years old) wanted me to tell you that he thinks you are pretty.

Like the cafe and the associates are nice. Only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that the turkey on my sandwich looked like it was picked out of a deli meat container and then just placed on the bread. A requirement for the sandwich line at Panera is that each slice of meat is supposed to be folded nicely and then put on the bread. Already gave the store feedback. Thanks.

This Panera is well managed and maintained. Staff was kind. The food was pretty good. I got a broccoli cheddar soup and Turkey avocado melt.

I was having difficulty in walking. The cashier ( male) told me to find a table and he would bring my food over...I will always be grateful

The ladies working on the Am shift on 2/23 were just the loveliest people. I never write reviews but they were just so nice I couldn’t help myself.

I went here for my birthday dessert. I chose one of their muffins. Very, very good and thought it would be closer to my diet than, the other delicious desserts they offer. All in a days celebration with somewhat healthy and delicious works for me. I’ve done there before and loved the atmosphere there. Just relax, enjoy cups of coffee, some good healthy eating and reading felt wonderful.

I stopped by Panera on my way to my 1st day of work to get a bagel. Service was amazing and I was in and out .. fast forward I get to my job and realize I don’t have my wallet.. I went back to the restaurant to frantically search for my wallet.. Needless to say if it wasn’t for the employee Sheryl she was helping me look for my wallet and she actually came outside and realized I dropped my wallet in the parking lot !! Sheryl you really saved the day for me and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated you going the extra mile to help me . I can’t wait to return to Panera to show her my gratitude..

I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli and chicken noodle soup it was good.

They have the best custom sandwiches and their white miche bread is to die for. Also can’t bear their tomato soup 🤤

I had a very enjoyable breakfast at this location today. The staff was friendly and courteous and the restaurant was clean. We got our breakfast sandwiches quick also. Everything was delicious. I love that they have the calories and added sugar listed for everything. If you're health conscious, this makes it so easy to pick a meal!

We placed an order today thru doordash for all of our accounting staff . Unfortunately on previous occasions something would be missing from the group order . I called and spoke to the manager Sahara and asked if she could kindly double check the order to ensure it was correct . Our food arrived on time and exactly how we ordered it ! I am so thankful for Sahara double checking it for us . Plus we love panera !!! Keep up the good job

I just had to leave a review because of the friendly staff member I had the pleasure of meeting! Her name is Sheryl and she was the sweetest. It’s rare to find genuinely kind people in the service industry these days, so it was such a breath of fresh air having someone so kind and friendly take my order today. Panera, hang on to Sheryl & give her a raise! :)

the Baja warm bowl was absolutely delicious.

This is my go-to Panera & it never disappoints. The lobby attendant (unsure of her name) is the sweetest & always recommending something new for me to try. All of the staff have always been patient, kind, & very accommodating when you make special request. I recommend the duo deal & the sip rewards! Also nice place to study later into the evening without too much noise like Starbucks sometimes.

I've been to the Altamonte Panera locatio a couple of times. I like that they add new items to the menu. I wish their menu was centrally located behind each register. It would make it easier to read. The new warm grain bowls are delicious. Of course, their wild chicken soup is also great. Don't forget to try their Papaya green tea.

We weren't hungry enough for a full lunch after a late breakfast, so I requested that the halves be separated. The person preparing the meal fixed the soup and bread and sandwich in separate containers, which worked out perfectly. We ate outside in the patio area.

Excellent top notch friendly service. Went there to get a large order for a function and they were stellar with everything. All our food is hot, and delicious! Thank you guys much!

Whoever made the cinnamon crunch bagels sold on Saturday Sept 16 they were extraordinary. I usually get 3 or 4 but I got a dozen
