She knew where everything I was interested in was located and even corrected price on two cabinets which were marked higher than actually were! She was Honest, knowledgeable, polite and was able to help me put together the perfect room. I will definitely be back.

Store is huge, nice, clean and organized. Staff was awesome, specially Briana, who guided us and assisted us throughout our entire visit. She was super helpful from beginning to end without being pushy at all. Furniture looked great, looking forward to receiving our order delivered. Delivery as fast as 48 hrs if not sooner. Will definitely go back to the store for more.

Our experience at City Furniture was outstanding!! Isaiah, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bernie, the manager, couldn't have been any nicer and even Scott, at the snack bar, was very friendly and efficient. This was by far the best furniture shopping experience we've ever had. Went into the store to browse but had an idea what I wanted. Kendra assisted me and she was awesome. She did not make me feel rushed and once I choose the sectional Murray Gray (so comfortable) the check out was seamless. I have some other things I need and this will be my first stop!

The Sales representative, Natalia, was excellent and assisted me with putting my entire home together. She was patient and gave great ideas for each piece that was purchased. If you ever visit City Furniture in Altamonte, then Natalia is your go too!

Beautiful 2 story store. There are two entrances, one in the front and one in the back. Friendly staff. They have a place within the store where you can purchase coffee, smoothies, other drinks and snacks. Also, you can get a free cookie with no purchase. Multiple restrooms. Very nice looking furniture with lots of options. Decently priced.

Lily was a great advisor. She listened to all of the design elements I had in mind and gave me a tour of all my potential options. All were on point and I was able to buy what I needed. Thanks Lily for an excellent experience!

Frankie was absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful experience overall. He was very educated on mattresses and helped me find one that fits my needs with a back injury. I cannot say enough positive things about Frankie he was fabulous 10/10 recommend!

Usually, I am usually nervous when making a large purchase. Aida actually made the whole process easy and fun! She was informative, professional and personable. He always comes through for his clients and has impeccable customer service skills! Even after you purchase, he checks on you and asks how things are going with the purchase. No matter how Big or small the purchase, Same energy. Customer satisfaction is his priority. That’s an A+ in my book! Dale makes sure you feel valued and appreciated every time!

I bought a bed almost a year ago and I just bought a really nice recliner this week. Had Franky for my sales guy both times and he was great. Very helpful, let me walk around without bothering me and seemed to pop up right when I had a question each time. I will be back for more. Once I get this paid off.

Best furniture store in town!!!!! I went to few furniture stores but couldn't find anything I liked until I went to City Furniture. They had everything. Beautiful furniture at a competitive price. Service was excellent. I even received a bottle of wine as a gift (I'm not kidding:)! Did I mention there is a bar inside the store and free delicious cookies??? Yes! They have everything!! Love the store and I'm planing to go back with my family next time I'm shopping for furniture! My husband will be glad to seat by the bar while I'm shopping:)

Lilly has been an excellent sales woman at City Furniture at the Altamonte springs location. The night I showed up it was close to 8pm and I believe the store closes at 9pm. However, she immediately greeted me, helped me find the furniture that I was looking for. Being that I'm color blind, she helpe me with the colors. She took her time, was patient, professional and new about the products. She showed that she was more concerned with the client as opposed to getting out of work at her scheduled time.She was very attentive professional, explained the different types of finance programs which made me aware of one that was suitable for me. She is a great asset to City Furniture. I wish I would encounter more people like her in the future. Not once did she look at her watch since it was past 9pm. Her concern was the customers needs and she was there 100% always with a smile!
