Great store that is really well stocked. Staff is extremely helpful! It was very well laid out with all kinds of great merchandise. Candles and seasonal scents. Lots of testers which is extremely important.

Did online order and the store was super packed and crowded. The store has some great deals everyone was in there getting those deals lol. But the pick up online orders was easy and the young lady that was helping us was very kind. She took a few people at a time instead one at a time. And that's really made things flow. Y'all stop missing those deals.

Bath and Body Works is such a great place to shop. The sales change frequently, but that helps you feel like you are not missing anything. I bought 90% of my Christmas gifts for family, gifts for teachers and a few for my staff for more than reasonable prices. So happy to get so much done in one place.

Another fun store, great employees, very helpful (saved me a trip down to the Colonial/hwy 50 store! Can't ask for more than that!

I recently made an online purchase with BBW for Mother’s Day. Their website is well organized and easy to navigate. They always have great deals but usually I make my purchases around the holidays for even better deals. Make sure you join their rewards program as well. I purchased the Gingham Gorgeous deal for my wife and she loved it. They always have great smelling products and this one did not disappoint. Their products are made well and don’t have that “cheap” smell or feel to them.
I am a male and they even have products for us guys. I used several men’s products and have never had any issues with skin rashes or irritation. They have a pretty good men’s selection but I wish they would expand their product lines a bit more especially men’s deodorants, fragrances, and beard care products.
I placed my order online and chose to go directly to the mall to pick it up. The store was well stocked, organized and had a nice ambiance to it. The employees were very helpful with my pickup as well.
All in all, I had a great experience and will continue to support their line of products.

They had this store very organized. They are practicing social distance. The cashiers are wiping everything down after each customer. Great job ladies. I got my $4.95 lotions yesterday. I found everything I was looking for. I'm in love with Dahlia. It smells so good. It has a refreshing smell.

I was very impressed with their operational procedures for COVID-19. Every staff member was super friendly but special shout out to Nicole. She was super kind and even though I didn’t need much help as I was there for specific things and know the store/products pretty well she still tried her best to make it a pleasant experience and was there to answer any question I did have.

Well I got a bacon candle there life is good lol. Ok the place is pricey but they have great sales and they have. The best selection of scented candles sprays lotions

Come here every year around this time my wife of 8 years loves this place so she loves it when I remember to buy her stuff that smells great. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. Very helpful every time I come in here.
