Brandon Weaver provided fantastic customer service! I had trouble with the wiper blades I purchased previously. Brandon helped me exchange the wipers for even better wiper blades. Plus, he assisted me by helping me install the blades. Superb customer service! I am very thankful for Brandon!

Went in to have my battery check since it fail on me earlier. I had a gentleman by the name Daniel he was very kind and courteous.He check my battery and found out I had a bad battery. They had one for my truck in stock. He went and installed it for me in about 30 minutes and I was on my way.I will for sure be back if I ever need a part

Today 08/24/23 I was at my wits end with my car and was asking God for a miracle. That miracle came through a kind man named Joe Lozano (hopefully I spelled this right). Joe went the extra EXTRA mile and helped me fix my brake lights and power window. I was quoted an astronomical price by a car repair shop and my wife and I just had a newborn baby. I didn’t have the money that the repair shop was quoting me and went to AutoZone on a last ditch effort for anything to work. My family is soooooo thankful for Joe and how he took the time to bless us beyond measure on today. There’s a lot of negativity going on in the world today and it seems it outweighs the good some days. Today Joe showed me that humanity still exists and I’m forever grateful. Because of Joe, I will ALWAYS shop at AutoZone from this day forth. Joe I hope you read this and understand the magnitude of your kindness on today. Thank you brother from my the bottom of my soul!

The manager Jess helped me check and change my car batteries, and man was she great! She explained everything, gave me options and was patient with me, which I really appreciated since idk anything about cars. She was very nice always smiling, and just had a great attitude!

I’m taking this time to show GREAT APPRECIATION to the Store Manager Bruce. He is kind, patient, helpful and has some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere in a very long time. Anytime I’ve come there he’s always been willing to assist me without hesitation. And customer service is just that. Bruce has it on all levels and I appreciate his going above and beyond because not everyone is meant for this role. BRUCE YOU ROCK AND ARE A TRUE BLESSING TO ME AND YOU KNOW THAT!!

This is a good store, I'm here weekly getting parts, tools, oils , recycling oil.

We’ve always had a great experience here, but today was incredible. We were out to lunch and came out to a dead battery in our van. Luckily we were parked right next to Auto Zone. Brandon was so helpful. He checked our battery, alternator, starter. Helped us find the best battery for our vehicle, got us a rebate coupon and even installed the battery right there on the spot!! As if that wasn’t enough, he went in and found that our previous battery was still under warranty so we actually left with a new battery and $20! Highly recommend.

I needed a battery replace and Brandon L. took great care of me. Walking me through my options as well as replacing my battery…in the rain! Super helpful, very professional and I was out within minutes. Thank you so much!

This is the most helpful, knowledgeable store! The manager Bruce was extremely helpful when our car had a problem in the middle of a road trip. He actually got under our car with my husband and resolved our issue. Highly recommend this store!!

Me and my fiancee have been to over 11 different autozones in the last6 months we have spent a lot of money trying to keep ur old truck working but I have to say your store is the most freindly and customer satisfaction it stands out above the others your sales team was helpful and explain all our question and went above and beyond exspecialy brandon your manager let me just say if all your employees are anything like him then you definitely have a winning store for the 1st time in all the other autozones we felt like we were heard and was finally given the right tools to fix our truck thanks so much for showing us the true meaning of customer service

Cloe at AutoZone in Crossroads was SO incredibly helpful this weekend! My ignition coils needed to be replaced and a car repair place gave me a crazy quote, but Cloe made sure I had all the information and tools to not only take care of it myself, but also save $300, and enjoy a huge ego boost by fixing my own car! I’ll absolutely be back to this location. THANK YOU CLOE!

Ricky and Brandon were both SO helpful they seriously deserve a raise. My headlight went out right before I was driving to Virginia to see my family and I got there 5 minutes before they closed and they got me the right part and even stayed 45 minutes AFTER WORKING 14 HOURS to install it for me for free. Amazing people, you better hold onto them

Rick is by far the best ever!!!! I came in today to get a new battery for my Escalade. He was super busy and took time out of his busy day to help me. He installed the battery free of charge and showed me how to do it as well. He has great patience and phenomenal customer service l. He went above and beyond his qualifications of a manager at the store in crossroads. We need more people in the world like Rick!!!!! Auto zone should be proud to have such a great employee!!! thanks Rick and the auto zone family!!!
