Walked in, asked the checkout guy for what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. Grabbed the item I wanted, headed to checkout and was gone.

Very friendly Staff. Didier the store manager was so helpful. Not often do I go to a retail store and see any manager. It gives me great confidence to know that when I purchase goods here that I'm getting a personal backing from any of the two sometimes three managers "ON THE SALES FLOOR " that the product I am buying is right for my application.The reason I think is because these guys are doing their homework to educate themselves and by doing so their part time staff are in most cases better prepared to answer my questions than most managers elsewhere. When I think more about it, this store is exactly what anyone involved in sports should expect from their sports store....A TEAM!

The staff is extremely friendly. I went in for a table tennis table and they where out of stock. The gentleman that helped me check out stock from anothere store and even called on my behalf to make sure they hadn't sold the table. He even made sure they pit the table aside for me. Overall i like how helpfull the staff is here

Lived in Tucson since 1988. This was the best salesman in all my trips to this store! RAMON was awesome, knowledgeable, * super cool with my son who needed a large gym bag on Jan. 22nd. 1st time ever having such positive visit at this store. We will be back. Thanks!

Very nice store but the clerks don't know what they have one said we don't have any and another said we have lots so he showed me to the rubber boots and I bought a pair

Manager was very helpful and friendly. I did not know they were already closed while i was still shopping and they did not make me feel unwelcome or rush me. Once i realized they were already closed i hurried and made my decision so i did not hold them up any longer. Great customer service!

Great Service in the shoe department by a young lady who really knew her stuff. I needed a walking shoe wide I have an artificial hip so slip on preferred but she had a velcro strap which is Beautiful. Very comfortable OMG! Hard surfaces kill me but these make walking nice.

Purchased a pair of walking shoes here sales person really new his stuff. Most places never have wide shoes was expecting sorry again like the Sahuarita Big 5 that's if you could even get help in the first place. Offered 5 choices walked out with a affordable comfortable pair. Will be back to buy next pair here.
