I absolutely was 100% impressed with service I received at this location when I visited! I walked in at 8:50 pm the night before Thanksgiving. There were already 2 other customers in line and being helped by the only worker in the store, Andrew. Even though it was the end of the night, he didn't rush anyone. He was very patient with the customers in front of me and even let them know about their membership status and reminded them when to renew. When it was my turn, I apologized ahead of time as I was there to get my son a PS5 but was also trading in an unlocked iPhone 13 Pro. He didn't mind at all! He went and got the PS5 I asked for, ran the diagnostic on the phone, and I ended up only paying the taxes and the protection plan because of how awesome of deals they give you for trade ins. And even after I was done, he still had 2 more customers to help. I'm sure it was past 9 by this time and Andrew kept a smile on his face and even helped me use the rewards we had on our GameStop account to save me the most out of pocket as possible. Andrew is very knowledgeable and super great at customer service! You guys should recognize him and give him a bonus! Thank you, Andrew for an easy transaction and great service. My little guy was happy to be playing his own PS5 with his brothers and daddy!

It’s GameStop so there’s not much left to expect of these guys, but I did find a switch game I wanted out of here so that was a plus. The store was clean the staff was nice. Nothing negative to say. Next time I’m in town I would come back and browse again.

The store manager Brittany is amazing. I love her. I've not really interacted with the other workers but I trust her judgment so I'm sure they're good as well. Store wise - the size of this store is larger than all the others I've been to in the area so it's nice to browse without feeling cramped like in the locations in/near the mall.

Came in to this GameStop earlier today and was mind-blown at the service I received. My sales guys name was Dylan I believe - he was fantastic. Got me the best deal, saved me money, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I’ll never go to another GameStop because I’ll always wanna go to him. Overall a fantastic experience.

This is a review for this specific location because of the staff. I usually visit a location closer to me, but came to this location twice recently. The two staff I interacted with at this location were far and beyond some of the nicest and most helpful GameStop staff I've interacted with. Thank you for your patience and help when my son and I when we visited today and a few days ago. You both (a man the first time, a woman the second visit) exemplified great customer service!!

I typically don't love GameStop as a company. But with my visit today I picked up a battery pack for my Xbox controller, and the guy that assisted me gave me very helpful insight on a few things. To sum up the conversation though, he was very well educated on everything in the store, and the customer service was on point.

This is the only GameStop I will shop at, simply because of their customer service. You're acknowledged as soon as you enter the store, and the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable about products. I've never traded or sold equipment here, but have seen others undergo the process and the associates were just as friendly. Would recommend this store to others.

GameStop has always been a pretty rad spot to frequent.
My buying and selling experiences have always been good! All the workers are informative, helpful, and chill! I definitely recommend this location over others! Especially the location over by the Greenwood Mall, no way!

Dustin made my gamestop experience a great one. I went in to preorder the Destiny 2 limited edition pack to which he said there were none left. upon seeing my dismay he checked the computer and told me to wait a second and went to talk to his boss. He found someone who had canceled their order and let me preoder it on the last day and gave me all the info i needed to get it. Love this store and it's employees always a great experience.

The workers are really nice. I went there 2 day after my birthday witch was friday last week. I got $39,$15 of it was on a game stop gift card.

One of my favorite Gamestops to visit. I live closer to the one on Emerson and Southport, but that one always seems to have about half the selection of this location. They usually have what you're looking for, and can give honest advice (I don't feel like they're just trying to sell you on a game by embellishing features or their own opinions.). And while it's a touch annoying to be upsold every single time, it shows that they're dedicated to doing their job right and haven't let retail life drain their souls. I'm not a huge fan of Gamestop as a company but I love these people. Go for them, not the company.

Great place. a little costly. What doesn’t make sense to me tho is that there’s disc replay right next to it which pretty much sells the same games $20 cheaper .

I love gamestop, the employees actually like what they do and care about the customers, its sad that not a lot of people are buying physical copies and the only thing keeping gamestop alive are gift cards and devices

Very well good design inside the place and how neat everything is, the prices are a lot cheaper than other stores

This is our favorite GameStop!!! The staff are super chill and very knowledgeable about all items in store and the coming soon items.

I'm an old guy that doesn't know about games and I came here and they help me find what I was looking for. I will always come to this location because of the customer service.
