Walmart Connection Center

My last couple of stops at this Walmart Money Center/Customer Service Desk has been awesome. I've been in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store is a whole other problem tho. It's been a total disaster. What I can't figure out is why they have so many You Scans at each end of the store and don't have the ones at the end by the pharmacy open EVER. But they have had people working as greeters at that entrance so that's a total mystery to me. The lines have been awful in the few lanes they have had open. They'll only have 2-3 lanes open with regular employees and then the You Scan at the end by the groceries. Like I began, Customer Service has been awesome the last couple visits. The lines at the registers has been awful. There have been two times in the last week that I've just set down my items I was going to purchase because I'm not gonna spend more time in line than I did shopping in the store.

I love shopping here and I have not had a negative customer service experience with a cashier yet.

I never had a bad experience in Walmart. Friendly staff and reasonable prices!

No wait at checkout. Clean store and friendly staff.

This store is a joke. Don’t deliver groceries when they are suppose to, don’t answer the phone when you call, don’t communicate updates, it is ran terribly. Management should be fired for letting this go on. Just a joke! I’d give it zero stars if I could!

Waited in pickup spot for over 30 mins!! They don’t answer the phone.
