I was having a hard time finding soccer cleats for my son. My friend recommended this store. I was surprised to see their big selection of cleats and even more surprised and happy because they carry a bigger range of kids' sizes. Customer service is great and the store is clean and well stocked.

Went in on a Saturday night just before closing. We went to the shoe department and found a helpful young man. He helped my daughter find a great pair of shoes that fit. He was patient with us and took his time. Never felt rushed like in other stores. Young lady in the front was kind as well. Overall it was a great experience for my first time there.

We really appreciate this company and how they give back to the kids. Big 5 has a kids fishing contest in western outdoors news. It really makes the kids happy and then we get to shop at our favorite store. They always have what we need and at a great price.

Bought two beach cruisers there for Christmas. Best price anywhere. Great quality. I saved $80 on this bike. Easy to put together except for the front bumper. I finaly she left it off.

Love the sales on items. Name brand stuff always on sale. Different days offer different deals. I recommend signing up for Big 5 emails. Better deals that way. Shoes always on sale. Swimsuits, tang tops, shorts, propane, socks etc

Ive been getting adverts for this place for quite some time and wanted to see for myself what the shoe department was like. Wow! It was better than i ever dreamed. It was clean and organized much to my surprise. All the shoes i tried were all available in my size. The selection was tremendous and I ended up getting 6 pairs of shoes, including a pair of workboots, all for $100.00. I will absolutely go back again when i need more.

Awesome! Had to get certain shoes for construction work right when i get back from vacation (guess the customer :-). Bob in shoes did great and is very knowledgeable. Didnt get name of cashier but she was very friendly and helpful. Great experience. Thank you.

We were greeted politely upon entry. Hand sanitizing stations are available at the entrance.
Masks are required, there is plexiglass to separate you from the cashier and they are practicing social distancing. .

I have been shopping at the Big 5 for many years. Whatever town I am living in, this is where I shop for my son's tennis and work shoes, as well as mine. You cannot bet their prices. I always check their Sunday sale Ad's. While I am there I always find something else on sale that the family can use.

Outstanding customer service, they went out and help me out with the helmet; that I need for my daughter whom is special needs handy cap wheelchair bound, everyone was friendly specially their cashier was very helpful thanks!🤗😊

Everything I purchased was on sale. Some items were even discounted more at the register. I was able to find all the items I was looking for as well as a couple extra things that I could not turn down.
