The ladies who work in the Woodland Hills store are SO wonderful and accommodating. Milagro and Jackie made a last-minute hour drive to Woodland Hills with three children very enjoyable. The kids didn’t want to leave them! The store is immaculate; everything is very organized and everything we needed was available. They even entertained my kids with coloring pages while I completed my purchase.

Excellent customer service. I needed to find a gray skirt/skort for my daughter. No particular style, just a gray skirt. Unfortunately, she is very tiny and hard to fit. The women who worked there were so friendly and helpful. Rock stars of customer service. They explained each style, what made them different and which ones might be the best fit. Check out was equally lovely. The nicest people and great customer service.

My son and hubby were in and out quickly w their purchase. My husband was very happy. He hates shopping!

My first time at Dennis. I spoke with Veronica on the phone before I came and she was amazing! She was helpful and answered all my questions. She placed an order for me and I walked out with everything my daughter needed for school! Happy with my experience there and I’m sure I’ll be there again in the future :)

Amazing staff - so helpful. For a captive audience with no ability to cross shop or price, the risk is that they'd take their customers for granted. Quite the contrary - staff was friendly and on hand for all questions. Amazing.

We were sold/bought a grey sweatshirt and sweat jacket in August for our 6th grade student. It turns out that we should not have been sold these items as grey is reserved only for 8th grade students. We found out about it this week and the school administrator contacted Dennis Uniform. They called us and gave us a credit for the incorrect items immediately and with no difficulty whatsoever! AMAZING customer service!

We went in on a January Saturday during the posted store hours and it was empty and less chaotic than the regular school rush season. I was helped by a very friendly store associate and promptly found our school uniform sections. Overall a great experience!

It’s a zoo!!! But a very helpful and pleasant one! That’s what I get for waiting til a week before school starts to update my kids uniforms! The line to purchase was halfway around the interior of the store. There were several staff members walking around and helping everyone as quickly as possible - which didn’t matter as you had to wait in line anyway. I still give them 5 stars. Everyone, from the staff on the floor to the cashiers, made eye contact and was ready to assist. So, I really have no complaints!

Great service. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm. We got there 30’ earlier. Luckily we did not get stacked in traffic ... They were kind enough to take us then. The store was very clean and tidy (hand sanitizers available). They helped the kids getting the right size and styles. Thank you Dennis.

I rarely go into Dennis due to past experiences. I very much like the product but service has not always been great. The two ladies in store today were lovely and helpful making it a very efficient visit. Will be back!

Great Friendly customer service. Made shopping easy I just told the sales associates what school my daughter was attending and they showed me everything I needed. We tried on a few items and sales associate was by side the whole time. Some items weren’t in stock thought I was gonna have to have items shipped out to me but it took less than 5 minutes to get the schools patch put on. Thank You for the wonderful customer service!!!

I went it to make a return from a order I had previously placed online. Returned with no issue even though I didn’t have my receipt.

While there, I had inquired about my Cyber Monday order that I had placed, but I hadn’t received tracking yet. I was told that the order had yet to be processed, but was told to give her a minute. She returned fulfilling my order I had placed 5 days earlier. She went over and above her duty!! Much appreciated.

The staff at the Dennis Uniforms store was so helpful and courteous. It was my first time here and the first time could have been overwhelming because of the volume of clothes, rows and rows of rack after rack of uniforms for so many schools! Luckily, during our shopping experience I was asked by not just one but several staff members assisting on the floor if I needed any help finding items and one staff member in particular grabbed different sizes for my daughter when we found the ones she first tried on were not the right fit. Then at checkout I had a similar experience-the checkout cashier was courteous and helpful as well and I very much appreciated that when I told her I would be ordering some more items online that she told me that in August to watch for the free shipping online offer to save a bit; great customer service on her part to notify me of this opportunity for free shipping. So, overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Dennis Uniform Store. Thank you.

Our experience at Dennis has always been pleasant. Yes, again this year, we waited till the day before school started, to pay Dennis a visit. Nevertheless, it was yet again a pleasant experience. The store was well stocked and the employees were very helpful. Thank you once again Dennis for helping out this procrastinator feel empowered as we begin another school year. The Dennis Store in Woodland Hills CA was neatly organized & the staff was very friendly & helpful. We had to make a size exchange on a shirt that was ordered online. The salesperson took us right to our schools product area & informed us about a fabric change in their new dry-tek line. We were in & out of the store quickly. Our in store experience was very positive.
