Great stop

Very unfriendly lady. Whoever the lady is at this 12:26pm shift today. She needs to be taught customer service manners. Just because you probably having a bad day doesn't mean you have to wear it on your attitude when dealing with customers. Of course the air pump near the store may not be part of the dk company, however she should not have shown such attitude when she told me "it ain't our problem, not our air pump. The [phone number] is on the pump" and ignored me completely. Yes there are customers waiting. I was gonna buy something to eat and drink from here. However, I lost all interest after our brief and unproductive interaction. If I was the manager... I'd probably send her home.

I honestly don't know what this individuals name is.
She works the night shift, she's VERY unprofessional, the poorest customer service I've ever experienced!
She just ruins everyone's day/night. I've asked questions about certain products she just stood there & shrugs her shoulders with the most disrespectful face, just bad vibes all around. Ive also asked for the manager's name and number one night.. Her response was " figure it out yourself" hopefully a manager or corporate will see this post and take action.
