The staff here is actually super helpful. They were so patient and helpful the last time I went there that I went in with a 70$ budget and left with my very first ever pair of limited edition $200+ Jordans. Good job on their part. The employees here seem happy and when they do you tend to get better service.

Yesenia was a big help she was very patient and understanding.I went to at least three stores before I got what I wanted. its very hard to find nice shoe's for kids with fat wide feet, my daughter and I was very happy when left.

Best customer service always helpful and attentive my favorite location keep it up ... I used to frequently shop at the one on pico /Western location but management was horrible rude and unprofessional never went back
