AT&T Store

Angel was very helpful and very patient with all of our questions. He made sure to explain all of our options for a new phone and how our bill would be affected and not once did we feel rushed or like we were being pushed into a decision that we weren’t comfortable with. I will definitely be coming back because of how nice everyone is.

Sim card went bad and got it replaced for free. Huge store, friendly staff and didn't have to wait too long to be seen. Jaime was awesome, love her!

Great service from this location! The manager Justin helped fix an issue that was caused by the Fillmore location. Thank you for fixing my problem instead of sending me back to that horrible store.

i feel that customer service has become some sort o lost art and have personallu Armando at AT&T is an outstanding customer service Agent. I visited the AT&T store at an apparently busy time of day as all agents were tedding to scustomers a lready and names on a wait list were evifently stacking up bbecauze there was a giod nimber of miscrklaneous peoples things around . Armando greeted me as I came in and promptly got to me within the next few minutes. Hewas energetic and enthusiastic ,which was refreshing ,bc no customer likes to feel like a burden or a nuissanceoxy no customestomersallyexperienced customer service l hYas left me feeling like a nuissan op

I went it to see if I had the ability to have a hotspot and the young man was so awesome he went through my account and let me know that I do and then he found the best price for it... I am pretty sure the man was doing his job for me and probably all the other customers he meets. I am happy with ATT and I have been a customer for over 21 years and have always had a great experience with them. Thank you for being so supportive
