Ventura's Water Store

Many years ago, just after I bought my house, my water softener went out. I came here to buy a new one. After asking me some questions, the owner suggested I might not need a new one. He offered to come by to analyze the problem & quickly determined all I needed was new resin beads. Saved me big bucks! Last year the old softener finally did die. Of course I called this place to have a new one installed. The price was fair, the installation was smooth, and I’m a happy customer!

Also I like the water here. They make it according to the old world recipe. Every molecule of Ventura’s Water Store’s water contains two atoms of hydrogen joined to a single atom of oxygen. They never change the recipe.

Very good water price and quality. We are going for almost three years and very happy with water Kiosk.
But, I had a bad experience on Memorial Day. I insert $5 and machine was out of return coins. I think, Ventura Water Store should plan about it and so many customers loose their money.
Hopefully, Owner will took care of it. (Just small one bad experience, remaining are good. :) )

We received the most amazing customer service from Ventura's Water Store. Above and beyond. They answered my rookie questions many times overt with patience, knowledge, and kindness. They were super accommodating and helped us repair an existing soft water system, even though we had purchased a new one from them. It is very clear that they are honest and truly care about our happiness as customers. I love the mom and pop shops in this town because of the personal interactions and experiences. John and Casey are the perfect example of this. We are so grateful and will come back many times over for any future water needs.

I love this water store. For years we've filled up with alkaline water from here week after week. The staff is super awesome,its top quality water, and all the supplies they carry for watering needs come in very handy. It's all in the people and the system they treat the water through. I'm never going anywhere else.
Oh yeah, can't forget to mention the outside dispensing, great if you can't make it while they're open.

I have been a customer for several years, coming into the store for my water. The service was also excellent and friendly. Recently I started having my water delivered and as it took several weeks to sort out exactly what I needed, my service requests changed quite a few times. Every request was met with a positive attitude and I never felt that I was being a bother to them. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service AND your water service. Makes my life a lot easier and that much more pleasant!

I love this store and recommend it to anyone looking for a great tasting, local water source. The staff is always friendly and all the equipment is very clean. They recently added outside alkaline machines so you can refill your jugs with great water when the storefront is closed. I have been taking my bottles into this store for several years. Their customer service is excellent. The quality of their water is superior, and I honestly enjoy going in there every couple of weeks. I JUST signed up for delivery service (temporarily) because I'm having ankle surgery. I can honestly say I will miss going into the store!

I’ve been very impressed with the service from Ventura’s Water Store. I rent both a softener & a reverse osmosis unit. As a senior, I particularly appreciate the salt delivery. A bonus is that when they bring the salt they add it to the softener. No lugging heavy bags of salt from the grocery store any more, & I always struggled with lifting the bags & adding it to the softener myself. A personal reason why I appreciate this company is that the business office has worked with me during financial hardship. These are compassionate, kind people that run this company. I highly recommend Ventura’s Water Store. Thank you very much.

Ventura’s Water Store is awesome! Their alkaline and distilled water is delicious. I have their distilled water delivered to my house. They are a friendly, reliable and efficient company. I’m so grateful for their delivery! I highly recommend them.

It was great service and it was fast!!! I usually fill up about 35 gallons each time and it is a time saver. I will definitely will keep coming back. I should have gotten the prepaid deal on my first visit. I'm on my way there now and will get the prepaid deal.

My wife and I had a great first experience with the Water Store! Their employees were polite and very helpful and set us up with our first few bottles of RO H20.

I’ve driven past Ventura’s water store for 4 years, wondering if they do home delivery. I’ve used the big name service in the past & was not thrilled with their service. When I called, I found out they do home
delivery, & a few days later I had 2 bottles delivered to my door. Only involved completing a
simple online application, then a follow up call from their office & I was all set! I will recommend them to my friends & neighbors!

Great store and excellent customer service. I bring my bottles to refill only to this water store and their machines because then I know I’m getting a good quality drinking water. You get what you pay for and when I go to The Water Store in Ventura I know I’m getting best water from the cleanest and well maintained machines in town. Thanks Guys!

Great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, the vending machines were free on Christmas. Everyone already goes there to fill up on water, so they definitely didn't have/need to do that to drum up business. I applaud them for that.

Amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for water softener in home (purchase) , RO system inHome(rental), alkaline water(rental) and the best snow cones ever in store. John goes out of his way to provide the best customer service. Love this place!! 100% rating!!

I am Jack O'Neill DC, a chiropractor in Oxnard. I have been going to Ventura water store for well over 15 years. I have bought 2 Reverse Osmosis systems from them and they work perfectly. Great staff and fantastic products! I highly recommend them!

Affordable water. They offer Alkaline, RO and distilled. We fill up our water bottles here every week. They also have dispensers on the outside of the building so you can fill up when they are closed. Both inside and out takes either cash or card. Great place. Quality water. Affordable price.

We had Arrowhead water for years. You think water is just water, but it’s really not the case. The prices were starting to go through the roof with the prices they charged. We have a friend that was getting water from the Water Store. And it tasted great. They told us where is was and how much it would save us. 2 days later I cancelled Arrowhead and haven’t looked back in 4 years. Love it!!!
