Fantastic service. I had purchased some bad lettuce and asked for a refund and the manager proactively called me and invited me to come in and quickly gave me a gift carded refunded available for any ralph's. I have never received better service from a grocery store in my life. I feel connected to my community, cared for and validated. Service was communicative and efficient. Beyond my wildest expectations for the usual ignoring, HR, declining service issues. Thank you Ana, the manager, and the grocers who assisted me. Can't wait to get more lettuce! Forever!

A beautiful grocery store inside. Very well kept and exceptionally clean. I love the fast and friendly service you get here. Because they are a Kroger family grocery store you can use your rewards cards from Fry's, King Supers, or Smiths without issue. They have self checkout so you won't often have to wait in line.

Our favorite store to shop. Good meats, and great produce and product selection.

My family and I love Ralph's. It's close to home and has all of our grocery needs. The meat here is always fresh, especially compared to stores that we thought we would be saving money at. The prices are just as good as these other stores that promote their prices as being the best and the food actually lasts as long as it should here too.

My favorite grocery store in the area. They have a really big selection in all departments and the staff is very friendly. I can also recommend checking out the bakery for the delicious cakes and pies. They have really good deals on soda and the store looks beautiful from the inside. There is also a Starbucks in there!

My first time in this Ralphs. It's really nice. The employees are so helpful from giving suggestions to asking you if you need help find things.
The selections are great with a large variety of organic to natural. Very convenient location.

I live over on Kmart Hill so I stop in this Ralph's somewhat often. Great store, cashers are always nice. I typically go in pretty late and they're open till 12am which is a plus. A little pricey, but it's always good quality

Very friendly. My favorite grocery store in the area for the helpful staff. While the produce may often be from out of state, the rest of the offerings are solid. Mix that with a large selection and you can't go wrong here. Ralph's could expand their "specialty" foods selection, but offer a decent selection of natural and additive free foods.

This must be the best grocery store in the country! Just walk in the door and I guarantee you will find what you need for your table in a bright and cheerful environment with helpful staff and prompt service. And the pharmacy is exceptional!

Very friendly competent staff! They know me on a first name basis. Very clean store, great shopping environment, good prices, great sales. No need to go anywhere else, they treat me like family!!

I like Ralph's store the cashier are friendly and you can't bet the prices. I rather go to Ralph's then Von's. My option Von's is more expensive and some of cashier are not to friendly.I like going to Ralph's I know where I can find my products. And if I need help finding a product someone on the floor will help me find what I want.

I call this my home store. Fair pricing and warm experience from Entry to check out.

Best grocery store in town and worth the drive from downtown. Lots of specialty items that are vegan and much cheaper than having to go to Whole Foods. Good prices and well stocked.

This store is huge! I went in for the usual essentials and came out with things I didn't know I needed! I only wish I had more time to peruse the whole store. From menu items I couldn't find in other stores, to the cordial employees (also at the Starbucks), it was a pleasure to shop there! I will be going back when I have more time.

This Ralph's is "a clean, well-lighted place". For those of us using our motorcycles to shop, this store provides designated motorcycle parking spaces directly outside their main exit/entryway. Convenient!

Always friendly, exceptional service. Wine selection is superb. Deli meal selection is excellent. Bakery always has fresh bread. My favorite Ralphs.
