I am happy with the new people they have specially 1 people that works there a young girl I think her name is Ashley she new person I seen there. She very nice good customer service and friendly and respectful helpful he has always the coffee fresh and the food fresh and I will recommend that he gets a raise and also I don't recommend her working in the graveyard is dangerous and I will like to speak to the manager there that she has to work in the morning or afternoon only because she knows what she doing at work and I have a lot of respect for her she careful nice and respectful. If there is anything that I see that this girl working in the night graveyard it's dangerous and I will want to speak to the owner or supervisor of this 711 i may have to talk to the main office of 711 and tell them about my experience and concerns that to put her in the morning or afternoon only. With in all my years to any 711 I have never seen a girl working in the graveyard because that is a man job graveyard not girls. I will like to give 5 stars but I can't because of this issue I have that it's dangerous in the night. They need to put actual security.

It is no different than any other 7 11. It has good customer service. It is not their fault but it is in a bad area where a lot of drug dealing like crack and meth are. Shady people do business there so it makes you feel uncomfortable. I never had an incident happen to me because I mind my own business. So it's ok to grab a snack and soda

The rewards now offered are worth my loyalty to keep coming back. The hot and ready even have delivery now bvb 7/11w are moving up in the world.

I been up here visiting for the past week every morning i go into the store to purchase coffee and sometimes my cigarettes. The coffee is never hot i could actually stick my finger inside a freshly pored cup and it doesn't burn me. the area is always filthy the employees do not have good Customer Service! they get an attitude if you ask them a question about something in the store. it's like you're afraid because you don't want to get into an argument with them. i have spent enough money for many items in the store and i feel like I deserve better Customer Service than that. all the other stores I've visited have marshmallows and a variety of flavor syrups. this one doesn't have those items.

Came tonight for a few items. They were stocked with standard convenience store products. We made a purchase and asked to use the restrooms. The guy became completely rude and aggressive so we left quickly.

I stopped buy to purchase a pizza. The worker said the oven/heater wasnt working and i clearly saw it was. This is the 2nd time employees try to help and they lie. This location should be shut down permanantly.

So I'm walking up to the door and the guy locks it on me! I have to take money out of my pocket and wave it around for ten minutes before the guy will open the door. What's wrong with these people?!?

Awful customer service. The cashier working today Jul. 10, 2023 at 12pm was in an argument with a customer and projected his frustration on me. He was having a transaction problem with a customer, the cashier proceeds to move the customer's items to where I was at leaving me to believe that he was gonna take care of the transaction in the register where I was at, so I decided to move my item to the next register, but he made it seem like I was gonna take it and not pay. Then I proceeded to ask if he had change for a dollar. He says that he didn't have any quarters. Ive been there other times to ask for change and the excuse was that it was too early and didn't have any change. And today he told me to not ask for change. A professional cashier wouldve told me that they don't change dollar bills for change cause of reasons idk, store policy or something. That would've been more acceptable than projecting bitterness on a customer. 7-Eleven should hire qualifying people, not just anyone that goes off on other people. 👎🏽
