NAPA Auto Parts

First of all lets start with i was having a bad day. Car problems dam my bucket was overheating didn't have a clue why. Drove to napa walked in was greeted by Luis told him my issue he went out check it out was very knowledgeable told me thermostat was stuck took a look recommended a belt got me the right parts lend me tools got me taken care off. If you guys want good a1 service from someone who knows there stuff not just trying sell u stuff go visit Luis he know his stuff great service will be coming back.

Sonia was VERY helpful. She even helped to guide me change out my blinker bulb. I will come back here again. NAPA is very lucky to have her.

My battery left me stranded. I called and they told me to bring it and they’d work with me. Had the ride up and going in no time.

I went to this NAPA location because it was the nearest one to me at the time. Connie was so helpful, although she didn't have my parts in stock, she called other stores to see if they had stock. We had no such luck. Connie was so eager to help me, I believe she went Above and Beyond normal customer service. I really appreciate service like that, I will still order what I need from her location in Pearland. 5 star rating for excellent service and outstanding customer relations. Great experience!!

Very experienced and helpful staff. This guy saved me tons of money because I was about to do a totally unnecessary repair. He guided me to the right parts which were less than $30 I came home took care of problem myself been totally happy ever since.

Great sales guys! This reminds me of an old school parts house like I used to go to 20-30 years. Not like AutoZone and their do-it-yourself model. I like it a lot.
