CVS

On 8/17 I shopped at the Palisades CVS in afternoon. After shopping I needed to go to the bathroom . ( I am 93) Manny opened the restroom for me, gratefully!! Then my bag was too heavy for me to carry. Suddenly, gracious. AMANDA Store Manager, approached to help. An uber was ordered by my family, but they cancelled, so another was ordered. no place to sit & wait; also cars could not drive in, so Amanda actually stood outside by entry with me by steps, not to leave me alone. I was no longer scared. I was so grateful for her staying by my side until the uber arrived. Please commend her with a raise. Never have I had such care🥰

The experience we just had inside CVS Pharmacy was Bart and none. Miguel did an exceptional job checking us out and recommended us some movies and books which was an amazing experience. You don't run into that type of Care at a retail store out and about running around it was nice to have some kind human interaction especially down here in dog eat dog Southern California.

Amanda the Supervisor is Great. She cares about her customers, always be the first one to greet you and see if you need any assistance. Her uniform is professional. Very pretty if okay to say. If she doesn't know of an item you are looking for, she'll go beyond her duties to ensure to find the item you seek to ensure that your experience is great at this Cvs location.

The pharmacists and techs here are absolute gems and this is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and the staff has always been extremely caring, knowledgeable and quick to assure the line moves quickly and everyone is helped. Aaron, Morena and the whole team are as kind and considerate as it gets. I've been in a lot lately as I've been very ill and the whole team knows me by name and truly cares about my wellbeing. It warms my heart to come in and see their smiles. You can tell the whole team works very well together. And they're like family if you are kind to them! We could all use a little more kindness in our lives.

Tip to get in and out quick: download the CVS app! It's super easy to manage all of your prescriptions and request refills so you don't have to call in — which saves everyone time.

Arnie and Willy were exceptionally kind and helpful to me in looking for boxes I could use for packing. In addition, Arnie helped me take them to and load them into the car.

Thank you Bianca in the beauty depart. I walked in looking for boost specific flavor. The pharmacy called a guy to help and he told me CVS didn’t carry that flavor which was incorrect. On my way out Bianca asked me if I found everything okay so I req what I needed and she got it for me!!! Thank you. So all the starts go to Bianca! Thanks again

I love this place been coming in since 1989 when it was Savon. If you shop early say hi to Alma she is an original employee and aways has a smile and asks how you and your loved ones are. She's been working at this place since 1989 back when it was Savon! Only one I come in to see is Alma.

Easy parking and they are attentive.

The line is still usually long. However, I can tell the pharmacy team is improving their services. The counter reps are greeting customers with smiles and a hello ( thank you Mike), pharmacists filling non-stopped orders speedily and accurately.

Help is not easy to get here. Store offer good prices and selection. I like this CVS

Pharmacy plus good for shopping emergencies, batteries etc... plenty of parking which is rare in this area.
