Pause Coffee House

Wonderful coffee shop that I visited while in town. It has great seating and a great vibe. Good for meet ups and great for studying. The food was tasty and their coffee is excellent with coffee from ONYX coffee roasters! The baristas were welcoming and helpful and definitely encourage others to visit.

Pause coffee is some of the best coffee you’ll have. Don’t even get me started on their Toffee Nut latte. Their nut syrup is to die for, and the way they make their coffee is just absolutely delectable. Every time I hear Toffee Nut, I start salivating. Pause is absolutely the best coffee shop!

Top tier study cafe. Plenty of space even when busy. Great ambience, lots of folks working and studying which sets the mood for my brain to do the same. They even play agreeable music a fair bit of the time. The coffee is coffee, I couldn’t tell ya

The butterscotch latte is the ultimate sweet treat. My sisters and I love coming here and grabbing some pastries (they have some gluten free offerings as well), coffee and hanging out. The staff is very friendly as well. I forgot her name but there is a tall girl with long brown hair and she always makes our drinks SO well and is super sweet!! Over all, it’s my favorite place to stop either on my way to work or just as a treat. Also, get the danish or half almond croissant.. delish.

Amazing coffee shop! So glad they’re growing. Great coffee, wonderful staff, delicious pastries and food. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion, to study, work, or go out when friends, there is plenty of room for everyone. And they have good amount of outdoor seating.

This place is a vibe. Great coffee, recommend the Lavender Honey oat milk latte. Super quick and nice staff.

I always have a lovely experience at Pause! I live in Napa and crave their coffee when I am not in the area. The growler is an amazing take home for me. I look forward to having my Pause latte often!

Always friendly staff and delicious coffee ☕ the harvest spice latte with their own pumpkin purée, so good!

This coffee shop is right near my work so I'm here at least twice a week. I usually get the butterscotch latte and it's always great. I also enjoy the pastries.

Really love this craft coffee house in Rocklin. Excellent quality espresso. Great lattes and cappuccinos. Staff is excellent: great place to hang out and study.

Pause coffee has great coffee and a great atmosphere. I got my my iced latte for free since they give out stars as rewards when checking in with your phone number so that’s a sweet bonus! Awesome place to just hangout or do school/work online.

We love Pause coffee for our weekend coffee stops! We’ve been coming here since they opened a few years ago, and continue to stop by weekly. Good coffee and even better environment!

You should check Pause out! Fun morning with a friend catching up! Good food and great coffee made out time even better. It felt really good to be in a crowded room with such a good vibe from so many people.

Came in to try some drinks and food, and I got the iced chai latte ($5) and a chocolate croissant. The latte was super good and has a light but flavorful vanilla chai flavor and was slightly sweet. I think it's my favorite thus far. The chocolate croissant was huge and so shiny and flaky. I didn't ask but if there is an option to warm it up so the chocolate could melt, it would be beyond perfect. I also took a bite from the almond pastry (not sure what its called but had chopped almonds in a flat flaky bread) and I liked it more than the croissant surprisingly. Nice toasted almonds with vanilla taste. Can't wait to come back and try some more drinks and pastries.

Super great little coffee place. The business model and its desire to help do some good in this world is refreshing and wonderful. The coffee if real coffee and tastes great, but is a little different than your standard Pikes boring flavor. Highly recommended.

i had crepe with fresh strawberries inside, having nutella inside and on top, along with a generous coating of delicious powdered sugar. the whole thing is warm and perfect in every conceivable way. the hot chocolate was divine as well. sitting at a perfect lukewarm temperature, having a fresh layer of whole milk foam and powdered chocolate on top of the creamy deliciousness handmade by a very friendly lady. the atmosphere of the whole place fits my tastes perfectly. this is an amazing place to study or just chill. i have still yet to find a better cafe for studying.

Great place for some great coffee. Can’t go wrong here. Also a great place to pick up coffee beans too! Overall the best cafe in the Rocklin area.
