Every person I've ever encountered working here has been super friendly, always willing to answer questions or help. I come back for the awesome prices, and even better staff!

I have purchased many items from sportsman's and recently my fiance and I purchased our handguns here. The staff at the gun counter was very helpful and thorough. we both ended up buying different guns than we thorough we were based on the info that was shared from their very knowledgeable staff. Also sportsman's has the best pricing around.

I read the reviews and fully expected to have a mediocre experience, but I was helped by Dan and he was Fantastic. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and polite. Sometimes you just have to experience for yourself and not let the reviews be everything.

always love this place. Great selection, great competition prices. Have bought several guns here along with ammo and accessories. Employees at gun counter are knowledgeable and helpful. Never in a hurry to complete a sale to move on to the next customer, even when the line is very long and the wait is horrible, but that's not their fault at all.

I shop online often. I buy ammo mostly for the range and some self defense. I'm always searching almost everyday for things I want or wishing for at Bass Pro, Turners, Sportsman's and Capital Outdoors. Sportsmans always seems to have the best prices and availability for me.

Under-staffed, thus long wait on other well-sought departments. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This is such a great place for all your outdoor needs, employees are awesome to work with and prices are usually cheaper than anywhere else.

The staff has great knowledge on rods a d reels. I was highly impressed and am glad they hire actual fisherman to work in the rod and reel section of the store

What a great store. I wish I had one of everything. You want great things for hunting, fishing, camping or BBQing this is the place. They even have nice flashlights 7to pick and choose. The employees are Aldo great to talk with and are familiar with just about any of the items inside. You will enjoy your time and will walk out with great merchandise.

First of all I'd just like to say I would rather shop here than basspro anytime of the year. Now to the review. Came here several times eyeballing the new Sig Sauer Cross that they had in display with a scope, and well as a hunter I would like to customize it the way I wanted it. So I asked if they could part off the scope from the gun cause I was only interested in the gun, of course they told me it could only be sold as a kit and well that's kinda why it stayed on the shelf for as long as it did. Today I was in for a hat since summer is here, after so i traveled thru the aisle to the gun department cause you know it's a must and of course the gun was still there as always. At this point I was only there for the hat and no intention for the rifle until I met the dude with glasses lol. After a few mins of exchanging conversations he told me of course he part the gun without the scope. Long story short, dude was awesome cause I walked out of there with my new gun and my hat. Good job dude.

We did a private party transfer at the store. Largest handgun inventory in the Rocklin, Roseville are. Friendly staff. Transaction was quick and smooth. The go to place for your new handgun.

First off i hardly leave reviews but my family and i left more than satisfied and impressed.
Aaron gave my family and i great customer service. He answered a dozen questions and guided us to the right products and key advice. He also took time out of his day after being off of work and helped us. An amazing hard worker who should be recognized and commended for his customer service and hard work ethic/ passion. Will definitely come back and buy from this store again.

Sportsman's Warehouse is great, leans a little more towards hunting/fishing but they also carry good backpacking gear, shoes, boots, snow related necessities, etc. Brand named items and clothing.
They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing typically is less than REI. If they aren't, ask and they'll price match.
They offer rewards on every purchase if you sign up. It adds up quickly so when you need that extra savings it's there for you (provided you made purchases). What's nice is while REI dividend is only available the year following your purchases, SW is available on your next visit and they tell you on every receipt how much you've earned and the total available.
Only bummer, it's not near a bus stop...but, for me it's worth the walk. 😉
