Smart & Final Extra!

This is one of the smaller smart and finals in the area. It is not as nice and spacious and well maintained as the other ones, but it is still stalked pretty well, and the staff is generally nice. It's a little bit older, and looks less clean, and there is usually a wait. Other than that, good shopping experience.

Great store! Lots of icecream to choose from! My favorite. Pricing and selection in general is way better than ralphs and vons put together…

Great prices and quality food. I love this Smart and Final, they are always friendly and helpful and clean. They usually have the items I need in stock and can get great deals. Thank you for your great service 😊

HAPPY 150 YEARS SMART & FINAL! This place has never disappointed its customers. The market has many great experiences that will keep giving every single person some stories to tell. For example, the song "Singing in the Rain" that plays every time the produce gets showers to keep it fresh. The people that works there are always friendly and ready to help whenever I needed to find something. Even during these hard times of the pandemic, they have managed to keep the place safe. It is nice to enter the place and have the feeling that we are taken care of. Products are organized, clean, and easy to find. Today my family and I visited the store on 7224 Mason Ave. like every other week. We were helped by Citlaly, who showed good disposition and was very helpful. The store should be very proud of employees like her. Cheers for the 150 years!

Well stocked isles with plenty of room for carts to easily get through. Great prices and one of the last stores that I know of to have mirrors in their public restrooms... Which are also kept well stocked and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful as well. Good job guys! I will definitely be coming here often for both my small business and family grocery needs. An all around great shopping experience!

Easy in easy out. Lots of parking clean store. They sell restaurant supplies like Chefs hats, aprons, long handled tools for cooking, spatulas, spoons for serving , cups, Sterno for chaffing dishes. The meat department is large and well stocked. Nice cashiers too.

Smart & Final had 2 items on sale which brought me into the store; fresh Blueberries 18oz pkg $2.87 and Ben & Jerry's ice cream $2.99 if you buy 3 containers. $70 later I found myself in the checkout line. There were so many items I needed/ wanted and the prices were quite reasonable that I simply couldn't resist. For ex: Butterball Honey Roasted Turkey Breast 2, 1lb packages $6.99; Hebrew National Hot Dogs 4, 12oz packages wrapped together as one $10.49, Bush's Baked Beans 28oz can $1.99 The more I roamed, the more I found.
The old adage, "Never go grocery shopping when you're hungry" applies here because I was and I did. But that doesn't take away from the fact that there were many good deals to be had at Smart & Final.
The store is so large and walking for me is so painful due to an Arthritic knee and hip, that I was quickly becoming fatigued. I had the good fortune, however, of locating a very nice, young lady who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in locating items I couldn't find. When it came to checkout, she was my cashier as well.
I WISH I had her name so I could post it and give her the recognition she deserves for being such a wonderful representative for Smart&Final.

Great place to shop, you can find everything you need and want, you can find snacks, fruits, meat, toiletries and more. Fresh qualities, good services, clean, organized and good prices. I you don't have to pay for membership.
Much better than Costco, I highly recommend it ❤🧡❤

Great prices, clean and organized and although the checkout lines were soooo long, they cranked us thru very efficiently. It was actually surprisingly quick. All in all a very nice experience

I've been shopping at this location for the past year. They have very competitive prices for good quality items. Customer service is excellent.

I love their Produce! Now that they have updated, I can find most things in this market.
I’m not wild about the meat however. Everything else is great.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection. Don't have to buy bill sized, but does have if you want to. Large parking lot.

Even though the CHECK OUT LINE went all the way to the back of the store, let me tell you "it went by super fast". I give it "2 Thumbs up& a High 5"😉

Tip, don't buy the smart and final pesto sauce it's nasty the Rana sauce at Wal-Mart is the best, better than Trader Joe's

LIke most Smart and Final Extras, each one is unique in its own way. I do come here when I am en-route or just passing by. Usually I am driving Mason because I am going to Kaiser... and Mason is the main street that I take back home and to the hospital. It's just a street I am more connected with. Don't ask. But, when I do make my rounds, it's comforting to me.. that I don't have to make any other additional routes to a Smart and Final. It's on my way home which makes it more convineint.
