The workers here are very good. I watched Dawnelle work on the day of my visit. It was 20 minutes until closing time and customers were lined out the door. She was so patient and so extremely
helpful with each customer! They are very lucky to have her working there!

Customer service on Glenway is awesome. Danielle instantly greeted me and assisted with my Amazon return. She had me out of the store in less than five minutes. Awesome!

I was in to visit the store this morning and wanted to write and say what a great experience I had. Every time I visit the store these girls have helped me out and went above and beyond for me. This morning 3 girls was working I’m not sure there names but I wanted to say that they were excellent helpful and ready to help me no matter the trouble I was having figuring out how to send my package back. So I just wanted to say thank you again and I look forward to coming back.

No matter how busy this store is, all of the employees remain calm and kind. It gets pretty crazy some times, and I’ve never seen them respond in any way but positively. Dawnelle was so kind, pleasant and efficient. Thank you!

Always clean, always ready to help with your mailing needs, shared parking lot but always a place to park if it's not a meal time rush.

Super friendly staff and will always help with a solution.

I have been dropping off packages for over 3 years at this location and have never had a problem or issue.

The woman Dawnelle was absolutely amazing She went through the process step by step with me and also helped with the shipping label..😁
I will be back to ship with her again.

There quick and they had a tape gun if you need to tape up a package like I did. And it was just sitting on the counter so you didn't half to feel bad for asking for one. Very awesome

I just had a great experience at this location with the new manager Christa. I came in with a bunch of Amazon returns and 4 of the returns required them to be package and in it's own separate packages because they had their own labels. I didnt realize that when I created the return. Instead of turning me away, Christa found packages that were left by other customers and help me package and tape them up. She was very patient and helpful. That is going above and beyond for a customer and I truly appreciate it!

Arrived shortly before closing time. Store was busy but everyone working diligently to take care of everyone efficiently.
