Everyone I came in contact with when I had questions about hanging some blinds were very helpful especially Paul at lowes in Torrance on Western. He kept looking until he answered my question. I really appreciate people like that. Thank you Paul for your help.

Today, as I was at Lowe's looking for a component for my growing system device, I had the pleasure of meeting a helpful individual named Kirk . I approached him for assistance, and to my delight, he promptly provided the solution I needed, which genuinely brightened my day. His outstanding customer service and willingness to help were truly appreciated. It serves as a reminder that excellent customer service makes a significant difference, and I hope more individuals follow Kirk’s example. I felt compelled to share this positive experience. Also there was one Guy that was with him I did not for get his name but I’m sure Kirk know who is the one that was telling me about the rods for my plant grow system. 😊thank u so much you guys i definitely appreciate it so much

Did in store pickup and the staff were very efficient and helpful. Helped me load the item into my car which just fit inside. Was very glad to have their assistance.

Large nursery section with a door furniture area that tends to be limited on selection but has some pieces that many others don't carry. Difficult to get much assistance in the nursery area later in the day. I was told you had to come in the morning if you wanted to talk to anybody that knew anything about plants. Ironic. Rewind selection put the prices tend to be a few dollars more than most other places, having said that, the quality of the plants look healthy.

I wanted to comment on my Sales Specialist Jazmine L. @ the Torrance Lowe's on Western. It's very rare to actually experience exceptional customer service nowadays. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. We're in the process of updating our home and needed closet doors. This process took sometime because I was indecisive. She was VERY patient with me. I would also like to mention, she delayed her LUNCH to help us. I would say that's "above & beyond" customer service. It would seem they have a dedicated team of people @ this store. Another employee -- Anthony -- also took time to help us. This particular store has ALWAYS shown good customer service. Special thanks to the Manager Margo. I will definitely return.

Ms Karen helped me at check out. She was awesome! Fast, funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at multi-tasking! She is a true gem in the organization! Thank you Ms Karen!

Went to find vegetable plants I found one but the other was out of season I spoke to customer service personnel she checked for that item.

Do u know they have a large selection of discounted paint? The paint that's on discount is the paint that was mixed wrong, or accidentally opened, or the can is dented, you can buy these cans of paint for as low as $1.25 for the sample size 8 oz , $2.50 for the pint 31oz , $9.00 for 1 gallon and $30 for the 5 gallon buckets these are the usual discounted prices prices may vary. Regular price is anywhere up to $10.00 for the 8 oz, $20.00 for the pint size, $80 for the gallon, and a few hundred dollars for the 5 gallon. The regular price depends on the type and brand of paint you choose. Some are higher some are lower. But It's a great deal and the cans are located by the paint counter look for the cans that say OOPS and enjoy the amazing discount....

It was very clean and no waiting to get in. Staff was friendly. Went in to pick up a Craftsman VersaStack tool box and so far I'm very satisfied... Another visit bought some wood fences and the guys in lumber were very helpful loading my cart and getting it put on our truck .

I was looking for live lady bugs all over town and when Carlos told me that they had some, I jumped in my car and took the 7 mile trip. When I first asked about them the cashier Yvonne thought they were out of stock, but she got Carlos to show us both where they were. I bought 4 container and truly appreciated the effort of both employees.
When I was pulling out of parking lot, Yvonne came out to tell me another customer also was looking to purchase the lady bugs🤗

They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience at the Torrance Lowe's ! the Hawthorne store need to take notes on customer service !

Lowe's has a great selection, but sometimes the store can be overwhelming to navigate. I appreciate Lowe's price-matching policy, but the process can be time-consuming. The customer service at Lowe's is generally good, but there have been a few instances where I've had to seek out assistance. Thank you

I got great help from Robert in lumber - he went above and beyond helping me select the best pieces and double checking my project plans to get the right cuts of wood. Just outstanding customer service - I'll never go to another Lowes.

One stop shop for me today! I needed plumbers putty and a power strip and they also had my favorite toilet bowl cleaner and $2 cactuses One stop shop

In the process of remodeling my 1932 bathroom and I must say the associates at Lowe's have been extremely helpful! This location had everything I need and the shelves are heavily stocked. Although they are short staffed, they worked as a team and got me in and out fast. Thank you Regina for assisting me with locating my tile and pushing that cart! Lord Regina is strong! She push that cart of tile like it was paper towels. Once I completed my purchase Sam, Ricardo and Regina loaded my truck and off I went! This location has an awesome. Thank you team Lowe's!
