Best Buy

I conducted three separate transactions (purchases) online, and I had planned on going into the store to pick them up.

However, when I arrived and got ready to pick up my purchases by pulling up the pickup codes, an option to change to curbside pickup was offered to me.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

I converted all three transactions to curbside pickup, pulled into a designated curbside pickup parking space, and proceeded to enjoy the silence, the lack of possibly bumping into other customers due to how crowded it looked, etc.

This was at about 7:00 PM on the Friday night before Christmas , so you know the store must have been super crowded! (I didn’t visually verify that, but the parking lot was pretty much packed.)

Within a very reasonable period of time, a young lady came out and brought two of the three purchases I had made. I showed her the codes, she verified all three codes, gave me the items from the two transactions, and said she’d have to go back in to get the other one. I was impressed that they had not gotten confused by the three identical transactions!

A few minutes later, she came back and gave me the items from the third transaction.

And then she apologized for the wait, which bothered me because I assume she’s been running around all day and customers or bosses have been complaining that things haven’t been instantaneous.

I felt really bad for her because I know what it’s like to have people put expectations on you that no human can meet.

Fellow humans: if you are purchasing items and picking them up on December 23rd (especially at 7:00 PM), you need to be very grateful if your wait is less than thirty minutes because a whole lot of other people are there doing the exact same thing!!!

A note, since this is In Compton, a city whose very name strikes fear into the hearts of many: I felt perfectly safe here the entire time. But when somebody began lighting the loudest fireworks I’ve ever heard outside of a professional show, I decided it was time to leave.

My wife needs something for her cellphone, but its services are so awesome that we end up buying a coffee machine and a washer. Thank you for your great salesperson

Was assisted with cleaning out the phone. No charge. Had to go 2X. You need an appointment. Also, looked at the refrigerators. Pretty good deals.

I placed an order last night for pick up and it was available within an hour. The store is very well kept, the aisles are clean and the staff is very friendly in each department. I bought a pressure cooker for 100 bucks and I'm using it now, the box was in great condition. There are a lot of computer parts on sale right now in their clearance section, some RAM, motherboard, some tower covers ect. Good place. Even during the pandemic, my dryer broke so I bought a new one from here during the pandemic. It was ready within an hour and I got it. Sadly I bought the wrong one(totally my fault) and I had to call a couple of numbers to return it and eventually I was able to replace it with the correct one.

I didn't know how to get pictures out of my phone. So, an employee took me to the right spot and explained how they worked. I was very happy with my experience.

Associate Guillermo was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and answered all my questions with patience. Great buying experience.

I found what i was looking for so it was good..the only thing i didn't like is that if you pay with 100 dollars bills everyone has to approve it the touch them scratch them i just think is a big store they should have the machine to test them...

Know what you are looking for, do your research, and go get it. They do pretty good with stock availability vs web inventory.

This is the best place for electronics hands down. I love all the tech from my VR to surveillance and computers for both business and home. Highly recomend

Excellent customer service in which I was able to get all my questions answered about the laptop to probably purchase in the future. Employees are awesome. The employee who had helped me remind me of who he might look like as a wwe superstar wrestler in which that would be Xavier woods. That employee deserves a raise as he's very knowledgeable about technology.

The experience I had a Best Buy with one of the greatest soon as I walk in through the door customer service is on point will help you in any area you need your help you look for this product and if it doesn't work they guarantee you your money back so my hat's off for Best Buy cuz Best Buy deserve it

I found what I was looking for. The employees were thoroughly knowledgeable about what I asked. I was looked for 2 plug in 12v wall outlets. And found exactly what I was looking for
