Starbucks

This Starbucks store was just opened in Carson. It is one block from my home.
It is one of the biggest Starbucks in South
Bay area. They have a big parking lot.
They have a drive-thru service and they
open early at 4:30 AM.
When I walked inside the store, they have
nice furniture. If you want to sit outside, they have a big patio area. They have tall comfortable patio chairs. I ordered a glass of strawberry Acai lemonade and a grilled sandwich. I met Justin who was a supervisor
at Starbucks. He was an attentive and friendly person. I usually have lemonade which is squeezed from the lemon, but I never had strawberry acai lemonade before. It was made with fresh strawberries. The lemonade was refreshing& delightful. It was perfect for the hot summer weather. The grilled cheese sandwich was a mouthwatering and yummy
tasty sandwich.
This Starbucks is a great place to hang out
with friends or family.

What's there to say it's Starbucks I love it and you all love it I love the service although they really need to do something about the homeless man that ambushes the people in the drive thru but all and all I love it I go alot there in San pedro and you all should go to yeah you all love to yahoo Starbucks.

Just wanted to thank one of the girls for letting me inside after the inside closed. I drive a big rig so I wasn't able to come thru drive thru. Also my frappe was made to perfection. 5 stars for customer service for me!

Such a beautiful spot for Carson. Atmosphere is a 10. You Almost think you're by the beach with the platform outdoor seating ⛱🌞

Its ight...a good place to get in and get out and run into ppl u avoided or lost contact with and fake smile in line ..in public🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰

Rita was excellent from the start! She was very pleasant and showed outstanding customer service 👏 Rita made some very good suggestions for next time, and we were very happy with our experience at this Starbucks overall. Definitely recommended 👌 will definitely be trying the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Esspreso with white mocha pumps topped with Vanilla foam 😋 👌 Thanks Rita 😊

Drive thru was busy. Let's be patient. Moved fast. 6 cars ahead & out in 15 min. Ordered 3 drinks. Good service.

Fast, courteous service, very clean store, and most importantly, fast WiFi! I always pop in for a coffee when I’m delivering or picking up in the area.

My first visit to this location and I went there intentionally because it's actually closest to my home. The employees did not disappoint - it was clean, the staff was professional and polite, they stocked the gift cards I wanted for Mother's Day with the jackets for them. I am happy to give five stars.

All staff are really friendly when helping me out, but today at drive thru, Diane stood out to me. She was extra polite in how she spoke to me and was able to split my order with no problem, even after i originally ordered everything together at first. I really appreciated her friendly, kind attitude. Made my day.

Cashier was exceptional. Very cheerful , and even though it was close to closing time very friendly and attentive. Asked guest in dining room if they were okay and wanted water or anything which I've never seen in a Starbucks. Kudos to this team, keep it up :)

Love my medicine ball

I go to Starbucks all the time but this one here is the best one I have ever been too. The barista was really polite and the drinks we ordered were the best we ever tasted. Not sure how or why but they were amazing. I really wish we lived closer. Unfortunately we were just visiting for the day. If I am ever in that area I will definitely be back.

Always friendly staff when I come here. Always get the correct orders. The employees are always in a good mood. I drive all the way over here because they are quick and fast.

Great "normal" coffee. That is the name I used to order.. Its was a very good cup of coffee.

Everything is good except for one thing at the drive thru they need to put up some type of sound board to block all the noise coming from the trucks at the intersection so that the employees can hear you better!!
or get a better headset or drive thru sound system

Much better than previous visits! The girl in the drive thru was friendly and they made my 2 drinks correctly. Looks like this place has upgraded their people and/or training. I'd recommend stopping in.

The employees at this location are always accurate and quick with the orders.

My original review here (this is an updated version) talked about how there was an issue with waiting an absorbent amount of time to get a cold brew coffee (you just pour it right?). It appeared that all of the drive through customers were being taken care of, car after car after car, but I never got my drink until 15-20 minutes later. BUT, the manager made a point of coming out personally and apologizing and owning the mistake. I greatly appreciate it when people take responsibility and make things right. This is a sign of a manager and operation with integrity. Since then, the staff has been consistently on-point and polite, always remembering my name. Keep up the good work guys and gals :)
