Northgate Market

Stopped here to get essentials for a couple days at the parks. Not the huge selections you find at big brand stores, but had everything you could need and was clean.

They have an amazing collection of fresh tortillas and fresh Mexican bread as well tamales! I wish we had one of these in the Coachella valley. When ever we come out this my wife and I will be sure to stop. We're already making a list of things we want to buy before we go.

Fresh tortillas still warm, made my mouth water! Ate half when I got home 🤤 Pan Dulce options were plentiful 💗 Dont forget the tamales and the yogurt parfait my daughter picked up!

Every time I shop here, the staff is always so nice, friendly and helpful. I don't speak Spanish that well, so to know that everyone there can help you in English, which doesn't make me feel foolish. Great produce, great meat selection and the pan dulce is awesome.

They have a very yummy shrimp cocktail and there tamales are the best. The pineapple one's are to die for 😊

I really enjoy this market. I didn't believe my roommates positive comments and put off going for the longest time but when I finally did I made this my go to market based on the proximity to my home and its competitive prices.

At first I thought this was a Hispanic market but learned that carried everything. What I especially like are their ready to cook meals; fajitas, chicken, etc. I have yet to buy any meat from them but that is definitely in the cards for me.

I most definitely recommend this market to anyone in the neighborhood looking.

I usually go early on weekends. Which is easier to shop .because this store gets super busy I really appreciate an employee is out side making sure All carts are sanitized. And greets you as you go in the store. I haven't had a bad experience. So i will continue to shop here. Great Job Northgate Employees! Oh btw, I love that bakery!

Definitely a go to place for Mexican groceries. It's very clean and the meat counter attendant was awesome. Nice way to keep things fair and organized. Ceviche was awesome and the salsa were great.

I love northgate they have alot of stuff went in for Hot Foods and a Birthday Cake and drinks

You find whatever you want or need for a typical Mexican dinner with a friendly bilingual people. Also, the produce and meat sections are top with excellent price. For those who don't want to cook, the food to go section is excellent...

Great selection of cheeses, meats and a very good deli. It is fresh so it may vary in spiciness.
Great Mexican breads.
Down side is the long wait to check out.

I usually only shop here for certain meats, mexican cream, and cheese. My experience are usually not memorable with other butchers. But there is an amazing butcher named Jose/Chepe that makes every visit pleasant because he is very attentive and professional. He listens to exactly what the customer wants. Always speaks to you with a smile and he is always pleasant and courteous.

Great premade salsas and food. Wide selection of sweet bread. Entire store full of ingredients needed to complete any authentic family recipe.

I love this store, picked up some ready to eat Beans, Rice, Carnitas, Chicken, Mojo's, and can't forget the Bunelo. Mmmm
