I had an issue on a package I wanted to ship and the owner went above and beyond to help. He was very kind and patient. Very much appreciated all his help!

I have been going to this store exclusively after so many packages sent thru the mail system lost & opening investigations on lost packages just to never get any follow-up or resolution on them. In 2 yrs I am so thrilled to report not 1 single lost package & in most cases the packages are delivered earlier than quoted. John gives First Class service & I have witnessed him be very patient & helpful with his staff. John’s store will always be my first choice of shipping packages as long as John is there. I have never been disappointed. It’s very hard these days to get any professionalism & courteousness as a paying customer. John is always polite & is always sure to ask if he can help in any other way before wishing you a parting good day. Other stores & business could learn a lot by taking John’s lead. Thank you John!

Convenient location. Owner is very knowledgeable, 20+ years experience, if people could just have a little patience with the man. Looks like they've hired some new staff just in time for the holiday rush! I find this location easy to find, staff is helpful and polite, and I love that they recognize me as soon as I come in. They are always willing to help me out with some tape when I forgot to close my packaging. I can also drop off my USPS mail without driving all the way to the post office. I would definitely recommend this UPS Store to friends and family.

Just wanted to take a moment and comment on the outstanding service we received on 01/02/2021 at the UPS Store you manage. Even though the line to get service was literally to the door, both gentleman at the counter worked efficiently, getting us to the counter in just a few minutes (with the amount of customers, I assumed it would be a much longer wait). The young man that helped us, Conner, exemplified what I consider to be a model employee. He greeted us as we approached the counter and helped us through the myriad of on-line screens to generate 2 return tags, all this while being extremely patient explaining what we need to do in order to return our items.

As I work for a company that requires this type of customer service, I typically measure other business's with that standard. Conner exceeded those expectations with flying colors. And because of his level of attentiveness, there will be no doubt as to where I will take my business when I require the services you offer.

I frequent this location a lot, and it’s always a quick in & out. I print my own labels at home so dropping items off is easy. Never had an issue with a misplaced package.

My wife and I just got back from the UPS Store about an hour ago, it is Jan 31rst the coldest day of the year here in Joliet. As bad as the weather is outside and as short staffed as many businesses are today due to call offs we where very happy with the service and attention that we received. The elder gentleman who also provided us with Notary Service was quite patient and attentive. Will definitely be making this my store for our future shipping needs. Thank You.

We have used this UPS store for many years. The staff is attentive and professional. They are very busy so if there is a wait, it is fine. I wish more people on here commenting would use patience. I would and have recommended this business.

Fast and easy service. I've been here numerous time to ship out returns from Amazon and once to return an internet router. Process was fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. Glad to have this UPS near me.
