Best smoke shop in stl. Easily. Killer staff who always go out of their way to explain and show off new merchandise. Incredible service and super knowledgeable. Always having deals and sales! Gorgeous selection of handblown glass from local artists. I have two rigs among endless other pieces from here and not one of them has let me down. So much to choose from. I literally love this store!!! I have never had to go to another place, they have it all

I found this place on Instagram and spent a couple months trying to find it. We’ve come in here numerous times now that we know where it is (Google took forever to update address) and I’ve got to say.. this glass works shop has got it going on!! If you’re looking for cheap china, don’t come here but this store does have something for everyone wether you are looking to spend a few dollars to a few thousand. Some major artists featured in Outlaw Toms are Carsten Glass💀, Dux Glass🥠 and Flame Princess🐙. My partner’s best friend got himself a Renee Patula bomb pop necklace the last time we came here and one of the employees (with a super sweet dog named Gizmo) strung the pendant up for him. It looks amazing! Will definitely be back and I want to get a T shirt because if you wear one to the shop on Saturdays, you get 25% off your entire order! Also, select chillims are free with $20 purchase Fridays. The folks behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to be back!🙏❤

Great shop. The big intricate pieces aren't really my thing, I'd be too scared of breaking it to use it but they're neat to look at. I've bought several daily drivers here. Good input from the workers. Bobby's the best.

Great place, great people! Walked in here for the first time the other Saturday and the guys in there were terrific! Gave me a tour of the shop, explained everything to me. Ended up with a grinder and glass from a local artist.

Outlaw Toms is by far the best shop. They have a great selection of glass iv seen with far prices. Best thing in my opinion would be the employees and the owners very kind and knowledgeable about products.
