The UPS Store

I'm honestly not sure what the negative reviews are about, and admittedly didn't check the dates of them, but my experience was a pleasant one. Both members of staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was exceptionally quick and easy. In and out in a matter of a couple minutes and I didn't feel unwelcome or rushed at all. Certainly plan to return here if I ever need to use a UPS store again!

Consistently polite, professional, and efficient. Employees seem to enjoy their job and also working with the public! A vastly different experience than when going to most local post offices.

I have been into this store multiple times through out the year as it's on my way home from work and EVERY time I enter the employees have a smile, are quick and efficient, and I'm left feeling like my items are safe. Thank you!

This store is amazing.
I'm in there 4-5 days a week, and the ladies who work there have been nothing but kind and nice to me. Jenn and Angie are always there with smiles on their faces and they get my packages quickly and make the entire experience so pleasant.

Even when the store is busy, no one is ever rude and they take care of each customer quickly and with care.

Quality customer service is rare these days, but the UPS store in Fenton is top notch!

This store is AMAZING!!! They took a homemade Christmas idea and turned it into the absolute PERFECT gift!!! They patiently worked with me to get it exactly the way I wanted it and it was extremely affordable! I will continue to use them for all of my printing needs!

I ship packages from this UPS store all the time. The packages always get where they are going and I am sent an email when that happens. I stop in often, picking up stamps and other materials. It's always a quick and easy stop for everything shipping.

The employees are great and very helpful. I have a box with them and when I walk in one of the employees always has my mail or packages ready for me.
