Just finished kitchen renovations on our new home. Such an overwhelming process, trying to make sure everything fits together smoothly. This was my first huge reno project and I became overwhelmed several times. Joan was amazing! I called to ask about ranges and she ended up helping me put together my dream kitchen with matching fridge, hood, and dishwasher. Every call/email was answered or returned promptly which was extremely helpful since I was on a tight deadline. She spoke to the cabinet people when they had questions about my hood and range and recommended a really professional and reasonable appliance installer. Also the delivery men were extremely nice very conscious of our new hardwood floors. They put down blankets and made sure they were very careful with both our appliances and the house. I can't say that about all the delivery people that we used. I'm so happy with the way it all turned out that I have recommended her to my family and friends! Thank you so much Joan!

My husband and I purchased a home in need of renovations. We were excited because we could make the kitchen our own (we love to cook). AUTCOhome was recommended to us by a friend whom had purchased her appliances during her kitchen remodel. We were greeted by Jean Herman upon our arrival to the showroom. Our goal during the initial visit was to purchase only a refrigerator until we had drawings for the kitchen. We left with our entire kitchen appliance purchase complete!! Jean was beyond knowledgable on every single brand. We could not be happier with our purchase. We have since been back to the showroom to see Jean, Kim, and Joan and browse their incredible selection from time to time :)

This is the absolute BEST store for appliances. The best service AND the best prices! Absolutely beautiful large show room. You can get to see all makes and models in mock-up kitchens. Invaluable to decision making. I'll never go anywhere else. Ask for Art.....he is an amazing and consummate professional! Skip the Big box stores!

The sales representative of AUTCOhome provided excellent support during our selection of kitchen appliances for our home remodeling project. Also communicated in great detail the specifications of each appliance for fabrication and installation of the kitchen cabinets.
When all home remodeling was completed and kitchen cabinets installed, the 5 piece Wolf Subzero kitchen appliance suite was delivered and installed by the AUTCOhome provided installers, as scheduled, professionally and with care to protect the appliances, cabinetry and flooring.

I purchased top of the line appliances from this store thinking the products are worth the cost. My refrigerator broke down one year later and with warranty I dished out 1000.00$. My 6 year old viking dishwasher broke with $1400 repair estimate. I called the company to see if I could get it replaced and negative on this store and the viking headquarters. Save your money and don't go buy there because the products are second hand and they all break down within a few years. I'm sorry I ever went there.

Worst appliance company ever! Shame you can't give zero stars here. I'd say poor customer service, but you have to at least give that. No customer service is probably best to describe them. Sold and delivered a severely damaged frig. Said they would replace, but it's been 4 months and still won't bring it. Overpriced, rude, inconsiderate, inconvenient, etc. Save money and headaches - go elsewhere!
