Thankfully Annette took over, helping us transfer to a new phone. The gentleman originally helping us, was not helpful and was abrasive. Annette was patient, explained everything, and completed everything we needed, while we were at the store. We have also had really good experiences with Zack, in the past.

Annette was so helpful!! She helped me get everything transferred from my google pixel to my iPhone. She even did a test call and text since I told her I was having issues getting texts from people with androids. Will definitely be coming to this location anytime I need something!

I went in and Annette helped me. She helped me get on a better plan and I also got a Samsung tablet, a new iPhone and watch. She explained everything and showed me what my bill would be every month. I will definitely be going back to this store for any and all of my T Mobile needs

We dealt with Zak and Blake today and they were awesome. Very informative on the product and plans. Great customer interaction. It was actually Zaks customer service over the phone that brought us into the store. Best customer service we’ve received in a very long time.

I went to purchase a tablet and Annette was so friendly and helpful. She walked me through the process and got my tablet activated in no time at all. I highly recommend Annette and this store for your T-Mobile needs.

I had an excellent experience on 7/28! These guys and gals go above and beyond to help their customers get the service and products they need. I worked with Amir and the store manager. They helped me purchase a new phone, switch carriers, and keep my same number. They were both awesome! I couldn't ask for better customer service! Bravo!!! 👏

We just hit the customer service jackpot! When we walked into the Fenton store we were greeted by Annette and Max, they listened to our needs and made a few suggestions so we could make an informed decision, they set up our new phones, the t-mobile app, and made sure we were comfortable with our new phones. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be returning customers.

Excellent in- store customer service. Zak wasn't pushy when I tried out the home internet for a night. Wasn't what I wanted, and Zak took everything back without a headache for me the next day. When T-mobile still charged me a monthly fee and everything I did to remediate the issue failed, Blake went out of his way and called customer service for me while I was in the store and got everything squared away. I had my refund within 24 hours.

Bryan and David (I think that was his name) were extremely helpful. I came in for a simple issue w my phone and they fixed it without any additional sales pressure. It was a relief to go into a store and just have them fix the problem, no questions asked. I will be using this location from here on out. Thank you!

Service was good. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly, even going so far as to go to another location to get the device we wanted. Let us leave in the middle of what we're we're doing so we could go run errands, and when we're got back they knew exactly who we were and finished our transaction easily and quickly. They were even accommodating to my wife who is very fat along in her pregnancy. As a person who has been in customer service for 25 years, I appreciate good customer service

We switched from ATT to sprint and have had nothing but great experiences at this store. We worked closely with Tom and he has been nothing but helpful. I have also worked with Clinton over the phone. Both have provided nothing but great service. We had issues with customer service at ATT so it's a huge relief to be working with such great employees during our switch. We stopped in at a different location when I first got my galaxy s7 because I was having issues with transferring pictures over. This location just happened to be in the neighborhood we were in. They did nothing but try to sell us speakers, different phones, accessories, etc. What we thought would be a 5 min stop, turned into a 2.5 hour stop because they didn't was us to leave without selling us something. So a big thanks to the Fenton employees for making our experience great!!!
