All the ladies and gentlemen that work there are incredibly pleasant and very helpful. I definitely give it a five star.

I paid for air and the button didn't work so I went inside and they gave me a refund.

Typical gas station. I am a fan of the fact their drink machine has Horchata and it's delicious. Everything else is ok not great.

I am getting SO SICK of you guys giving me the wrong thing when I ask for something. Just open your ears and LISTEN to what people are asking for instead of grabbing some random thing and handing it over. Jesus guys. It's pretty freaking simple.

Update 1... Here it is 2 days later and wouldn't you know it?! "Unavailable":Nearly the entire menu! However, upon walking through the front doors... the OVERWHELMING majority of items they say are "unavailable" are available! Great job 7 eleven! Is it required that people be Liars and Lazy or both to work at this location that continuously stains the brand?

Let's see how long before they stop lying and INCONVENIENCING all the customers within the delivery area this store serves (as you have it so one store is the ONLY in each large area that delivers). Or perhaps 7 eleven finds it acceptable to lose sales during about an 8 to 10 hour period each night, not to mention the 24hours a day they steady keep items on "unavailable" that ARE totally available.

Perhaps it's 7 eleven's new standard.. ?? If so, then the Hypoluxo and Jog Rd. location would be disobeying, having full menu available and only removing items when they truly are not available ... That location is 5 star! They rock! Makes this store look even worse than .. no... It's an accurate look for this Gateway Rd and i95 location.. Really bad!

Please explain ro me why rhis 7 eleven location constantly only has 1 or 2 slurpee flavors they make available to get via the 7now app. Blue, when was an available flavor, it was made "unavailable' for over 6 months! Usually ONLY coke or Cherry are made available. NOTHING else. Yet, now Coke slurpees have been "unavailable" for going on 3+ weeks now! Only Cherry or Hibiscus Lemonade are avail.. no other flavors! And you'll likely not get the flavor you order anyhow.. magically you'll get an "unavailable" flavor instead.

Also, consistently, at night, they remove NEARLY ALL fresh food items from being available to order via the 7now app. To where ONLY A HOT DOG and maybe one ore 2 taquito types aren"available" to order.. Nothing else! Sometimes not even those!

So, i made a special trip, up to this location... just to see for myself if they truly had NOTHING avaialble.. And wouldn't you know ot?! Litterally 90% of the items they listed as "unavailable"... were IN FACT.... AVAILABLE!

So they are liars and are lying to the customers who are either unable to get to the store always and rely heavily on the 7now app to place orders or just prefer to use the delivery service.

This location seemingly wants to deprive me of what i would like! It is sad that they are giving the 7 eleven name such a negative look! Especially with signature items such as the slutpees!

I was UNABLE to celbrate slurpees during the "celebrate Slurpees" promotion.. because they made ALL slurpees unavailable to order! Other locations, when i was in a different delivery zone, did NOT ever lie in such a blatant, lazy way.. and they never greatly limited the customers choices like this location continually does!

This location doesn't deserve to even use the 7 eleven brand name! You'd expect this to have a similar name made to look like it was a 7 eleven.. only not really... Same font and color scheme... Only it reads.... 7 Unavailable

WOW! The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I was first in line and waiting patiently bc I am not one to complain. As the line grew and the 2 men behind the counter continued to talk and ignore us, the customer behind me asked nicely if anyone was helping the customers. After he asked 3 more times and not getting a response I walked out. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Hopefully someone will investigate this store soon!

This 7-Eleven is right by our house so we usually come here.

Gas is competitive at times but The workers were not helpful, they were not interesting in trying to solve the issue and they lied

Today we had a not good experience, we were looking to add cash into our cash app account.
We saw that the 7-Eleven was a participating location and that all we had to do was show the worker our barcode.

So my husband went in to go ahead and do exactly that. When he went in the lady that was working was named Yannie gave my husband attitude saying that she can’t do it the boss is the only one and he’s busy running 11 other 7-Eleven’s.

My husband tried to ask her, hey can we try scanning the barcode, and try to figure it out? She proceed to ignore him and roll her eyes so he got upset and walked out.

I went in and spoke with the other person working a man I think his name was Ahmed, I went up and asked if he knew how, and he said no shook his head. I said okay, are you able to call your boss so he can walk you through it?

He said no and then he proceeded to lie and tell me that their system was down while helping others on the same system.

As I was leaving yannie the worker tried to “confront me”. She was being very defensive telling me she wasn’t rude and then she tried bringing a random customer into it. I’m not sure why she thinks it okay to do any of that.

Their boss should teach them how to do the transaction or at least take that location off the list.

Lucky we went to other 7 eleven off 95 & Boynton Beach, and the lady there knew how to do the transaction was super nice and efficient.

If you’re looking for the lowest humanity has, this is the place to go. Apparently, the staff here are from another country. They are rude, inconsiderate, and low class. I paid for some food for a homeless man. He was hungry. He did not ask for alcohol. He asked for something to eat.!!!! He needed food!!! And they looked down their nose at me. The cashier looks like she’s one paycheck away from being that man I fed this evening. Shame on all of them. Disgraceful. God deal with them accordingly!

BEWARE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE PUMP #10. IT DOES NOT DISPENSE ANY GAS AND CHARGES YOU. THE STAFF INSIDE WILL TELL YOU TOO BAD AND TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

The car wash is not in good working order. Paid for the $14 wash. The undercarriage wash does not work. Also after the tricolor foam it should have water dispense but instead it starts using the brush without water flowing. Vehicle was still dirty and did not look clean.

Always something wrong with the car wash machine if it’s not out of soap it’s just closed

Did love this station for years but as a night shift nurse I needed last minute detergent and I thought of Uber first time before needing to sleep. Tried TWICE and never got it.. after first failed time the guy at 7-11 said that’s weird we have it in stock.. I ordered that item again solo. Then told not in stock by next person over phone. So annoyed, that’s the only thing I needed…

I bought a bowl of small fresh fruit and when I took a bite and realized it was stale by 2 days. The taste was indescribable. For the sake of public health I pulled 5 fresh fruit bowls from the fridge with dates ranging from 7/25/21-7/28/21 and gave it to the store clerk before someone get sick.

This is absolutely the most poorly ran 7 Eleven I have ever experienced. Whoever hired the hateful manager who belittles and condescends her employees regularly in front of customers, needs to seriously reconsider. The line in the store is usually backed up to the back of the store with the manager taking her fine time as if the person in front of her is the only person in the store while the other registers are available and the other employees stand in the back of the store or check the coffee machines to see how much coffee is left in the maker. If the rude manager wasn’t bad enough, I’m a business owner so I keep my gas receipts and every pump at this location NEVER has receipt paper. When you go inside and ask the manager for a receipt she talks to you like trash and acts like you’re bothering her, then ignores you and rolls her eyes. It’s sad because this is gas station is right by my house but until they get new management I will have to go out of my way to literally any other gas station than this one.

PLEASE JUST GET RID OF THIS WOMAN!!!

If I could give it a half a star I would just because of the one and sometimes two ladies that work there. My friend walks in and he is mute, tells the lady with his hand 10 on 10 and she barks at him I don’t speak that sign language stuff get out of my face. Someone needs some sensitivity training..he came back to inform me her wig was horrible 😂😂😂 it’s funny all the other people there seem great!
