I love this store. It feels welcoming and cozy. It has a great selection of wines at various price points. The owner is very knowledgeable. After exploring the wine selection she made some recommendations and they were excellent! I have some new favorites! There's a nice selection of liquor too!

Crush Bottle Shop is my go-to location for wine and spirits in Hamilton. Alice always has great recommendations when I am shopping for gifts or for myself. She also special ordered a local spirit that I really like and always goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. The store is incredibly neat and welcoming, and the Crush website also has helpful details, including lists of Alice's top choices. Crush was very responsive and community minded during the darkest parts of the pandemic, and delivered orders right to my door. Strongest possible endorsement for Crush!

Alice is so sweet and knowledgeable! The prices are more than reasonable for wine that has been carefully chosen based off of her experience and travel. Hamilton is so lucky to have this amazing little shop! I can’t wait for it to open back up for tastings :)

She is extremely knowledgeable about her inventory and is incredibly pleasant and helpful to her guests. Alice has made wonderful recommendations to me and has also been quick to provide access or information about specific questions or searches that I have had. Her charm, attention to detail, and devotion to customer service are world-class, and the reason I would recommend Crush Bottle Shop to anyone in the Hamilton area.

Excellent local liquor store with a well-curated wine selection in a wide price range. Alice is knowledgeable and helpful. Before the pandemic, she held super helpful international wine tastings and, with luck, those will continue one day. Highly recommend this charming, friendly shop!

Crush has a great selection, with lots of great wines at very reasonable prices. In addition, if there is something you’re looking for specifically the owner is more than happy to arrange to order it, or to suggest something similar. She is very knowledgeable about the selection, and is really helpful in finding something you’ll like. It’s so great to have this shop right downtown. A much more pleasant experience than going to a larger liquor store - and you don’t sacrifice on price to get great service!

I can't say enough about the extraordinarily personalized service I received at Crush. The owner is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that the gift I ordered for my son's 21st birthday was wrapped beautifully, personalized, and delivered in person on time. They really take customer service to a whole other level. I was beyond impressed. What a fabulous addition to the Hamilton landscape!!

The design of the store is warm and welcoming. With a well curated selection of wine and spirits, it makes shopping a lot more interesting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, so it is easy to decide where to shop when in Hamilton.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Alice went to extraordinary lengths to get me a bottle that was very special to my fiancée and I, officially restoring my faith in humanity. Oh - and their selection is *fantastic*. I found a bottle there that I'd had in a little wine bar in Paris and couldn't find anywhere else. I'd give this place a ten star review if I could!

They’re just doing pickup and delivery right now (thanks, COVID), but man, the prices are fair and the wine is delightful. We went with a couple of Alice’s Favorites, and we’ve been pleased ever since! I hope this place survives the pandemic and we can come back and shop here in person.

Crush provides a unique shopping experience in Hamilton. The manager attends to each of her customers in a highly personalized manner with impressive recall of likes and preferences. Elegance, friendliness, and expertise are in equal abundance. The lighting is perfect, the selection distinguished, and the range 'formidable' in the best French sense of the word.

Great assortment of wines assisted by very knowledgable and friendly owner. Many local, regional and state produced selections. Can't wait for the wine lesson/tastings to resume!

The store is SO beautiful! Highly recommend attending one of the frequent wine tasting classes. They are a ton of fun and really educational.

It’s hard to say what’s better about Crush Bottle Shop, the wine or the service! Throughout the pandemic of 2020, Crush made it easy. Door to door deliveries or touch-less curbside service eased covid anxieties. Best of all, I could call, describe my palate, and trust that a case of the perfect mix of bottles would arrive.
