Found myself in Hamilton for work and decided to check this place out for lunch. My partner and I each ordered a sandwich (Cheeky Monkey & Chutney Roulette)— both were delicious! Each bite had the perfect blend of tastes, textures, and seasonings, like no sandwiches we’d ever had before. Smoothies hit the spot, too. I am leaving with a full belly and the desire to learn how to make tofu that tastes one tenth as good as what was in my sandwich.

Great local spot with delicious, healthy eats. Food is well prepared and always fresh. Customer service, right on. My wife says that the Cheeky Monkey and Curry Tofu combo is her favorite meal on earth. I don’t even like tofu, but I will actually eat it when I have it prepared like this. That is saying something! Only thing they need to do now, is bring back the Spanakopita and open up a New Hartford location :)

Great locally owned health food store and deli. Monica, Heather, and crew provide a welcoming and community minded place to shop and eat. They have a nice selection of groceries and bulk items as well as a lot of prepared salads, wraps, soups, and drinks that are perfect for take away or eating in their cafe. Their food is great for catering events too.

My favorites include the cheeky monkey wrap, the Shiner salad, and the curried tofu.

I come down from Syracuse regularly and stop here every time. Clean, delicious, whole, vegetarian fare. The people are the best, customer service excellent. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. I’m always welcomed warmly, well fed and get to hang out in the cafe area as long as I need. Top notch place. I love it here!

Great store, I love the brown sugar, flour, and all the different kinds of spices. I make Christmas cookies with brown sugar and their flour it was the best Christmas cookies I've ever made. Will always got my things here for baking.

Amazing food, an amazing place to grab lunch, fruit, and bulk foods. I love the Buffalo Tempeh sandwich, it never disappoints. You will, too.

Delicious and thoughtfully prepared healthy food. Wonderful owner/proprietors who care about their store the food they prepare and give back to their community.

Great for some harder to find ingredients, organic/green products or bulk goods, but don't leave without grabbing something off the menu. Be sure to ask what the soup of the day is!
