In & Out Food Mart

This is my favorite Food Mart around Chicago Lawn. The men in here are really nice and chill. They have pretty much most of everything you need in here like chips candy and juice. I come here like 2-5 times a week and they always have what I need.

I see this place loves stealing people snap benefits which is fraud and this store is under investigation for fraud.

I was denied service and was told to leave due to the fact that I had my registered service dog with me. This was a very disturbing experience. I am disabled and my service dog helps me overcome some of my limitations. We have been a customer there in the past. I fully support local businesses especially during this pandemic. Sadly, after being screamed at as soon as we entered to leave. The amount of unprofessionalism lack of customer service and blatant disregard for the people with disabilities act I strongly suggest people to boycott this store. I will not be returning nor will I suggest it to anyone else except for the BBB to inform them of the ignorant and belligerent staff.
