I usually do not write reviews but at this point I had to. I went to this location looking for a specific perfume. Karen Bonney helped me the entire time and gave some great recommendations and actually turned me to a completely different sent which i ended up LOVING! She was VERY nice. I’ve never really had a good experience with the other employees but man she was amazing. One of the sweetest people i’ve met. I will definitely be returning and asking specifically for her!!

My fiancé and I go to Dillard's often. We drive from Picayune,MS. My fiancé loves, loves the designer shirts in the men's department(which can be VERY Pricey), for his job title he must dress Nicely..He also compliments the customer service/cashier, they are VERY Helpful with customers.. I always get helped in the ladies department also, with the fitting room,etc.-They really do have the BEST Customer Service! The Clothes/Shoes can be Expensive, but it is Very Good Quality Clothes! And will last a LONG TIME!! In my eyes, it's worth it.. Check out Dillard's and try a

My bestfriend and I came in on a whim in hopes of finding a staple perfume, and the sales associate Karen Bonney was the most helpful associate that has ever helped me at a Dillards. Very attentive, if you find yourself coming to this Dillards, definitely ask for Karen

Bought My Wife a beautiful Black dress 👗 with sum beautiful shoes.

Hadn't been to a Dillard's in probably closer to two decades. Needed a pair of decent black slacks- which are for whatever reason, incredibly hard to find in the area. The staff members were very, very friendly. Probably every member I saw asked me if I needed help or if they could be of service. I was very impressed with this place and their staff. The prices weren't the best, but would definitely go back if I was in need of something!

Please visit Ms. Kim at the Estée Lauder counter. She's by far the cutest and sweetest sales associate I've ever purchased anything from. Ms. Kim has a warm spirit. Thank you for helping me select the PERFECT birthday gift for my daughter. Peace & Blessings

Beautiful clothes but too rich for my blood

I love this store. Yes it is higher priced clothing but it is nice stuff. Always have different looks and fashions.

Went to get a suit for a very important interview. Timothy in the men's department was a huge help. He made the experience relaxing and he has me looking professional. Great suits and even better service.

Staff is super friendly. Tenese, I think her name was, was super helpful in purchasing a gift for family. She was very welcoming along with the other staff. Every now and again when we go we get some lurkers following us but overall it's a nice store.

I was able to find some comfortable women's dress shoes for a wedding, after searching everywhere else in Slidell. And they didn't break the bank! The woman that worked with us was very friendly and helpful. I'll be shopping here again.

I was suit shopping and I think the guys name was Cameron that I spoke to. Fit guy with a nice beard. He was super helpful and patient while helping me. He knew what he was talking about and where to find it and made it a nice visit. The store is nice and we'll keep. I'll be back for sure.

The receipt does not give a name, but the salesperson was amazing. She works in lingerie. She was extremely helpful, kind, personable & genuinely helped. I seriously wish I had remembered her name, bc her service was wonderful.

The service in the men’s and women’s shoe department was fantastic. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable salespersons, also men’s clothing salesperson was the same. This store was a pleasure to shop in, unlike the hell hole in Metairie. Thanks

The store is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Its a little over priced and not much of a selection but its Dillard's so you have to expect that. I bought 3 complete bathing suits spent almost 400.00.

Just on the strength of who helped me, I’m giving 5 stars! I believe her name was Katie. She was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! I decided to take a ride to Slidell and I’m glad I did. I had the plan of buying one fragrance and left with 3 🥴. Dillards sits in the back of the strip mall (great idea) so you don’t have the extra traffic nearby from the other stores.

Nancy in the men’s shoe department is awesome! She’s helpful, warm, friendly and helped my husband find just the right shoes. She helped us out just before Christmas abs we were grateful for her suggestions and help!
