Workers are very sensitive. Don’t say a cuss word they might cry even if you’re not talking to them. Also the workers don’t know anything about vapes and act like they hate their lives and job. The owner should really consider hiring good employees.

Really hated my experience at this vape shop.

I really wish I could say I enjoyed my experience here. First off I will say the people are nice, but seriously I wouldn't recommend shopping here. I now ( proudly ) own 3 autofiring vapes after having 5 of them do the exact same thing in the store. You would think of a customer has that many defects you'd allow them to switch them out for another product or try to help. The only solution offered was to replace 1 of them with a lesser puff count Hyde Rebel. I understand a no return policy and aren't fighting that rule, but to let someone walk with product they proved to an employee in your store wasn't working and have a total of 5 replacements within a 5 minute window should tell you something. Zero chance I'm ever returning and 100% will recommend to anyone who vapes another shop for future vape needs.
