They are quite slow to respond. My prescription didn't go through for so reason and the lady didn't let me know what to do, rather I had to ask her. I gave my doctor's office a call and they told me to have the pharmacy to call them. The lady I spoke to was rude and I overheard her complaining about another customer but the other staff members was polite.

I got to the pharmacy at 7:50pm today, Wednesday June 16th, where the pharmacist (gentleman with a full beard) was finishing up with a customer. When it was my turn and I approached it was 7:59/8:00, the man rudely tells me they are closed. After I had been standing there patiently waiting. You don't turn a customer away, even if it was 1 minute past 8pm. Terrible customer service. This pharmacy clearly doesn't care about it patients/customers. Terrible! I will never go to this pharmacy again! So rude.

All I can say is that I miss Rite Aid. The Walgreens people are rude and act like you owe them for shopping in their store. I’m sure the only reason they have customers is based on the location. There are some people in this world that would like to have their job and would appreciate their customers. If I were you, I would fire everyone in there and start over. The management should be more selective about who they are hiring. We will not be back and we will take our business elsewhere.

This location is a joke! Rude, slow, indifferent to the customer. I won’t go into detail, but I get 150% better customer service at my veterinary office than this location.
This is the first time I have posted feedback on any company. Avoid at all cost.

No problem. Understand.
Pharmacy personnel open up for business at 10:15.
