I really like having a tangible store to go to instead of having to order online and wait for what I need today. If my online order isn't correct, then I have to reorder and wait several days. Good customer service. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Great service. Three employees helped me while I was there. Even taking the time to walk to an aisle to make sure I quickly found what I was looking for. Good help at the tech counter.

The customer service that we received on 11/07/2024 was very professional, the tech did an awesome job making sure we got what we were looking for and more and even when he was with another customer, he acknowledge us.

Kevin was amazing. A few weeks ago I visited. I was already overwhelmed and stressed because I was printing out divorce documents to have notarized so I came in an emotional mess. At the print station, I couldn’t get cellular service and Kevin was kind enough to let me use their personal internet hotspot in order to email my documents to be printed. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Kevin if you see this, I was not ok that day and I appreciate you for being so helpful and calm when you had no clue what I was going through. Your compassion meant more to me than I can tell you and you made an awful situation a lot more bearable.

Shout out to Kevin the print specialist. We just flew in today and we needed a poster printed he told us that it will be ready by 6. Why is this significant? Every other Office Depot said they couldn’t do it. At all. This is exactly what customer service is supposed to be. Kudos to Kevin and this Office Depot team.

Office Depot is my go to for my office supplies. Ninety nine % of the time I find what I’m looking for.

The Office Depot at 2032 North Main Street in Pearland, TX is my go to place for office supplies and printing and copying needs. The have a great selection of paper products for your home printing jobs as well. They also cell computers, printers, and other accessories. One thing I really like about shopping at this location is that someone on staff can help locate even the most obscure items I ask for. The Copy Center has self-service machines which are great when I need to copy minutes on the way to a meeting, but they have an expert staff that can produce beautiful brochures, flyers and other business needs.

This is our first time at this location. We found the 3 items on our school supply list that we didn’t find at Walmart. We looked at printers and there was an employee who was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. At checkout there was an older gentleman and he was pleasant. I will come back if I need anything else in the near future.

We went searching for a laptop for the church and a personal one for our home. We found a couple of them however one of them was not available at this store. The young lady checked for us and found one at another Office Depot in the next town up. She set it up to put a hold on the laptop at the other Office Depot. The next day we went to go and purchase the laptop. They had our information and we were able to purchase the laptop we wanted. We had a great experience with Office Depot. I highly recommend this business for your next purchase of electronics or office accessories as well.
