Walking into Dunkin’ Donuts one regular Monday evening, I wasn’t expecting much more than my usual coffee and a quick sandwich. But what I found there was way better than just okay fast-food service. The food was alright, but what really made my day was how nice the three workers were. There was this kid who looked pretty young but handled those delicate donuts like a pro, a tall darker guy with a nice afro who took my order with a big smile and got everything just right, and a girl with blonde hair and eyeliner who made my food carefully and quickly.

What made this Dunkin’ Donuts visit stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. The kid’s careful donut skills, the tall guy’s happy attitude, and the girl’s quick food-making made the whole place feel really welcoming. They all had real smiles and said nice things, which made my regular stop feel like a special treat. Plus, the place was super clean, which showed they really cared. In a world where some fast-food places rush you through, this Dunkin’ Donuts showed that good service and a friendly vibe can make all the difference. It left me feeling not just happy, but genuinely good about stopping by

Great drinks and food plus I like how easy the rewards is to use.

Mike really dropped the ball with my bagel and latte, leaving me with stale bread and flavorless coffee. Jean however turned my experience around, correcting my order and making sure I was satisfied with my food. Kudos to Jean for carrying this local Dunkin and keeping it afloat, unlike Mike.

Team was working so hard. Wait times were longer than anticipated, drive thru was closed. Order was accurate and timely considering how busy they were. Understaffed today, but staff was polite and eager to help all the guests.

Excellent customer service. Got a free sample of their blueberry donuts. Also got a free iced coffee because someone ordered it and then took off before paying. So the manger just walked out and handed it to me. Super nice staff.

Coffee is a necessity for me and I can always get a good one at Dunkin'. Personally I prefer it over the "other" big coffee chain.

Jean carries this entire Dunkin. The place would be in shambles if it wasn’t for her. Her positive attitude and smile are contagious!

Great place for a fast food restaurant style coffee shop. This one has a Baskin Robins as well which means they sell Ice Cream ttpe stuff, but this one only has an express Baskin which means it only has a couple of the Ice Cream things. You can grab a bite, get a coffee and finish it all off with some dessert.

Fantastic place to come get your coffee. My iced coffee was exquisite and the workers were the most kind hearted spirits and Audi and Tyler were very kind people and were always eager to help out

Drive thru was SUPER busy. Workers were super kind and substituted items when an item ordered was no longer available.

Takes a lil extra time but great quality coffee! Loving the new cold brew with stout cold foam! Delicous
