What a neat and needed shop! I feel so lucky to have it in the neighborhood.

Hundreds, if not thousands, of records, CDs, DVDs, tapes, 8-tracks, etc. Also instruments, speakers, sheet music, books, posters, merch, and pins! Every time I thought I'd seen the whole shop, I'd turn another corner and find more!

It's not air conditioned, so I recommend visiting on a cooler day. The prices are SO fair. I got four posters and two books for $16. The shop owner seems kind. I no longer have a way to play most of these types of media, but I'll come back just to explore and get posters and books!

My favorite record store and go to place to find most media and electronics! I've been coming here my whole life, my dad used to bring me as a kid. You can tell a lot of love goes into running the place. I've been to a lot of record stores in a lot of cities and have never been to a place like it. I love it here 💛🖤

Always getting new inventory, drops daily social media post for the most recent goodies! I love the feel in there, this place is the best around! I truly can’t believe people are complaining about vinyl prices and suggesting other places such as in kirkwood and in the loop. Every other store in the area is twice as much on price and NEVER have a large selection of vintage vinyls, if you want a brand new un opened vinyl because it’s trendy then good riddance. This place has always been helpful and accommodating to me. Also other complain because it’s not easy to navigate the store…. Fair but I would think it doesn’t take a genius to realize they have more stock than all the surrounding competitors COMBINED. It just amazes me that people can find a reason to give this place one star reviews. Anyway I’m done ranting but I will always stand up for this place as they have always treated me right and have always had the LOWEST prices of any others in the area

The best record store on the planet. The father/daughter combination of Jena and Jean (owner) have whipped this place into a St. Louis landmark. Be sure and check their Facebook page as it is constantly updated with new arrivals. Massive selection!

I LOVE this store! After expanding my media collection into other formats, I went in to see what they had for sale and they did not disappoint. I was there almost 2 hrs and still didn’t get to look at a quarter of what I wanted to look at in the store. From audio/music to your choice in video format, they have it!! And very reasonable pricing

Great spot to find reasonably priced vinyl. Huge selection and a great location. Tons of great gift possibilities and cultural relics. Books, button, trinkets.

The name in all honesty should be… Endless Records.

While killing time in St. Louis, MO, I decided to stop by this music store to see what they offered. Well, they offer endless vinyl to pour over. Endless cds to browse. Endless vhs tapes to get at a cheap price. They had it all and then some.

Rows and rows and rows of cds, vinyls, dvds, vhs tapes. Boxes and boxes of the same all over the place. If you are claustrophobic, this store is not for you. If you are a music lover, this store is for you. If you are both… well take your chance and maybe find something cool or unique.

The prices on everything seems pretty good, if not a bit cheap. Every artist I thought of, I found something from them. Even happened upon bands I haven’t heard of in forever.

They do take trade-ins if you are looking to offload rare music stuff or music players. Quite a great little stop if you love music or vinyl or clutter. I tried to capture the charm and the quantity of stuff available in my photos, so you can see what I am talking about.

A MUST SEE spot in the Midwest for anyone interested in music. You may want to set aside an afternoon (or the whole day...) because the selection here is astounding. Don't bring a list, just get flipping

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Been looking for a first press of Aqualung for years from Springfield MO to Dallas TX. They had it along with some Tool CD's I've been searching for. My 7 year old bought his 1st comic book.

this place is amazing. music and audiophile paradise. floor to ceiling and wall to wall, covered in vinyl records, eight tracks, cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, LaserDiscs, VHS, vintage turn tables, amplifiers, speaker cabinets, digital receivers, everything priced to sell and haggle. there's barely any room left to walk through it all.

Every record collectors wet dream. Considering how much stuff there is here it is surprisingly well organized. Talk to someone if you get lost. Large collection of laser discs. Great for 45' collectors. Really awesome bargain bins. Tons of used receivers. Crazy amounts of every genre. Tons of used turntables, cassette decks, 8 track players, etc.

It can get really hot here. Don't wear jeans. Not good for people who hate tight spaces or dust.

An audiophile's playground! So many albums to choose from. I was lucky enough to attend their Record Store Day deals tent and gather 30 albums for my collection. They also had plenty of 45's, CD's, DVD's and cassettes to choose from. We also grabbed a half dozen of children's DVD's to donate to the elementary school.
We can't wait to go back! 🤘🤘🤘

I done business with this store when they were located at 5840 Hampton but that's been in the early to middle 80's reasonable prices and they also do mail-order

This is one of the coolest record shops in St. Louis. This is the place to go! I started going originally for research.

The store owner is helpful on knowledge related to Elvis Presley and alot of other similiar acts. He's from the area of where Mr. Presley was born.

With our family's book research on our hometown from Tupelo, I'll go to check out the different artists catalogues' at The Record Exchange- to get a clear idea of the work the "artists" put out during their heyday.

Coming here is well worth it! I've heard him talk and tell interesting stories to patrons about the background of these artists. You will not be disappointed if you stop by!

If you are mildly claustrophobic or get anxiety from clutter, this place ain't for you but if you love crate digging this is your nirvana. I scored a VG copy of Neil Young's Everybody Knows This is Nowhere for 7 bucks and picked up a great old R&B 45 by a St Louis band that is not available anywhere online. You could come here everyday for a month and still only see a fraction of the selection! Everybody was super nice and friendly service wise too. They aren't carrying the hip new releases so don't expect sealed copies of new records but do expect amazing archival finds and great prices on well-known and sought after records.
