I've bought a controller for my PS4, A PS5,duel charger for my PS5 & cord I like the $5.00 off game pro discount you get every month.

All game stops are the same but I didn’t have the greatest experience here I traded in my controller for a newer one but they had given my a broken controller I tryed to return it maybe 2 days later and they want me to pay another 20 for me to get another one

I remember a time where I was abandoned on the side of the road for a while due to my friend and even though that happened not even once that I feel bad about what I was this place kept me busy talk to me even when they were busy but Black Friday they were helping customers they were able to multitask make sure that my purchase was still going through my order was in the back beer and a tight ship but they didn't lose their temper focus they did their job well this place is amazing

Good store, in my opinion. They don't hassle you about anything but they will recommend things that make sense. They remember who you are and are friendly all the time. My only problem is that sometimes the phone doesn't get answered but that's understandable during the day when only 1 or 2 people are on staff and they get busy. I would recommend this store to anyone in the East Ridge or Chattanooga area.

This has been my go to Gamestop for years due to the great service, great conversations, and great recommendations I get. Years ago a guy name Spencer (Former Manager) locked me into this location. He made me feel like he'd known me for years. After he left I faded for a while then when I did come Looney showed me the same kind of service. This the only location I'll visit. Loony always takes super good care of us. This store has really turned around since he got there. Never was a huge fan of gamestop, but he's made this one much better. Also it's the number one location for nerd swag. I've gotten a lot of really neat stuff for my collections as well as gifts.

Always very helpful and polite. Professional and knowledgeable about everything i needed help with. It's a relief to me as a parent to get the right product for my boys. Thanks for smiling and all your help.

I come to this store all the time. The staff is helpful, friendly, experienced, and knowledgable about all the items they sale. I end up buying more than what I come in for cause of all the great service that I recieve. I recommend this store above the other ones around the area because of people that work here.

I rarely visit this location but the few times I have visited were pleasant experiences. They have been very helpful and offer a ton of great knowledge if you ask the right questions.

I love how they great you and ask if there is something in particular you looking for and that the association are always friendly.

This store has the best service. The staff goes out of their way to assure you have exactly what you need. Extreamly knowledgeable.

This store always has knowledgeable and friendly staff . From hourly workers to the managers i have never had a bad experience at this store . I have found that not to be the case at other gamestops , as im sure most other gamers agree . So its worth the drive to get your games and accessories here .

Always an awesome experience at GameStop. The staff treat me like family, and if they dont have something, they make sure to help me find it. I have never been to a Gamestop that isn't helpful, but this one is my all time favorite. I cant imagine going to another one now.

The employee working when I went in was very cool. He was really knowledgeable about upcoming releases and they had the amiibo I was after and unable to find elsewhere.

Gamestop as a company sucks because of the buy back prices. BestBuy and Amazon have better prices for new games and w/membership fee. I frequent this location because the employees are true experts and really know gaming. If not for them I would be a customer.
