Dollar General

The folks were very nice and Bill was working very hard, but stopped to help me find what I needed. And it was nice and reassuring that he was wearing a mask. But the aisles were full up with stock. I understand that. I'm sure they will need that and it was nice to see that they did have that much stock. It just needed to be shelved. They did have EVERYTHING I needed in stock. And I ended up getting more items that I didn't plan on getting, and that to me was great. And the icing on the cake was that there was a tractor trailer pulling in with more stock. I will most DEFINITELY shop there again. I strongly advise others do the same.

Always well stocked with a friendly & helpful staff. You can find almost everything here & it's a quick in & out. Problem is, you go in meaning to just grab one thing but by the time you reach the checkout you've found at least 10 other items you "need". A very convenient store & the prices are great.

This dollar general is my absolute favorite. The employees are always helpful and great you each time you enter the store. This location is newly remodeled and has many more food options than before. Definitely a plus. It's much more convenient than a normal grocery store.

The ladies working were wonderful! Credit Card Machine didn't like my HSA card, super embarrassing situation, but they were so patient, helpful, and super sweet through the entire process! They just laughed and talked with me while trying to figure out the problem!! Thanks ladies for the awesome customer service!!

I really like this store and it's staff they are friendly,polite,and have always tried to help me in whatever I was looking for or needed . I think that this store is very well ran and it reflects on it's employees and especially on the manager as I have spoke with her on many occasions and she is very polite and helpful and nothing but a delightful experience for me every time I go in there and as of lately that's at least once a week sometimes more . I make it point to tell them nearly every single time I'm in there that I like there store and every employee I've met there as they always seem to either help me find what I'm looking for or point me in the right direction to go THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION SO IT MAY NOT MATTER TO OTHERS BUT I AM JUST EXPRESSING MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE . This store is organized, and I'm not falling over items everywhere I go. The employees I've encountered so far have all been nice. It's very convenient for me to run right here when I need something quick.

They always treat my 92 year old mom like royalty here and carry out her things and put them in her car even if they are busy. God bless these beautiful people.

This is one of my favorite Dollar General locations. The staff is so helpful and courteous. Considering how some locations can be, they are very organized with the merchandise, which makes shopping so much easier.

Dollar General has it all under 1 roof and I dont have to spend hours in walmart. I downloaded their app and i t clips coupons on the app and stores it for me my last visit I saved 4.50. Actually the prices were a lot lower than walmart so I saved more than my receipt said.

Staff are always friendly, the store is always stocked and clean. I go here when I need something quick or affordable instead of going to a bigger store.

Great selection at this store, very friendly. Noticed they helped the customers, even letting them know another store that carried something they didn't.

This East Ridge TN Dollar General is super clean and well stocked. The management and staff are great, all of them are friendly, helpful and take health safety seriously.

It was ok jusr had to run in for a second right in and right out. However cashier was handling the amount of business they were receiving in that evening.

Decent selection of items and set up just like any other DG so theres no room for confusion
