I absolutely love this store for a multitude of reasons. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Matt!! That guy is hilarious and knows how to make you comfortable with your purchase. His beard is nice too

There is just no substitute for a business with a great selection and exceptional customer service. I went in today to get assistance with satisfying kind of a complex need, and not only was Holly incredibly knowledgeable about the various products available, but she was kind, patient, friendly and funny. And I watched her give this same level of service to multiple customers that came in at the same time. Whatever she gets paid is not enough. Love this place!

This was easily the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at an adult bookstore. I went in with the intention of getting a specific product, and unfortunately, they were sold out at the time. Gladys (my apologies if I butchered the spelling) offered some advice regarding possible alternatives. I still wasn’t sold on the idea of getting something else. However, the store has a large selection of demos for you to hold or look at out of the box. (It is very apparent and goes without saying these products have never been used.) After I was able to get my hands on the demo, I was sold. She even offered to make sure I would be able to get the exact product I came for the next time it was in stock. There are a few other alternatives in Chattanooga when it comes to adult bookstores, but I will go out of my way to go back to Elations every time.

This place is AMAZING! We came in for a Hookah, and while there, Matt really was everything! He taught us alot, was very engaged in our questions and he helped us with more than expected. Stephenie was very helpful! They ate patient and very informative! I'm glad we stopped here!!!

Gave it another shot, after the kind response from the store. I did not warn them ahead just went in. JUST WOW. So much better! Professional, kind, helpful employee. Tons of products to meet so many different needs and at a good price point. Plus they have a lot of deals and specials on top of that.
