Food City

I love Food City, and we have two. They have fresh meat, because they have their own butchers, and they have the freshest produce. They get a lot of produce that’s locally grown and vine ripe.

The store was clean and well stocked. The produce looked fresh and the fruit in ready to go containers looked delicious. I was very impressed with this Food City

Super clean store, well kept isles, superb job on giving other grocery stores a model to go by. A+++

I enjoy going to Food City to grocery shop. Their manager specials and bakery clearance have great choices at reasonable prices.

I love how the how the florist displays the flowers and plants 🪴! Lots of salads in the deli. The produce is always fresh and colorful.

This is one of our go to stops. Clean store, and friendly people. Shelves are always well stocked.

Such a cool store! Moved from Cali to East Tennessee and this store reminds me of a full service version of a Vons I shopped at frequently before moving east. They literally ring up all your groceries directly from your cart for you, gas rewards which has already been beneficial, and great quality meats and seafood from the butcher. Friendly and helpful staff. Glad I found this gem of a grocery store so close to home.

Though there are a lot of young people working there, I found them to be knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.

Food City is wonderful. They always have a wonderful variety of things and friendly, helpful people to help find things.

I went in to this location super late (like 20 minutes till close), but the young lady was super nice. She probably had the best customer service I have seen lately! Keep up the great work!!

This east end store on cool springs rd may be older but has great staff and a much better variety for vegetarian, vegan, and other special needs from the other local stores

No complaints here. The store always seems to have enough employees. Place is clean and the produce seems fresh. It is more pricier for groceries than nearby stores and the building is a little older.

I travel and usually for weeks at a time in the same city location. This is THE BEST GROCERY STORE!! Their deli and catering section is perfect for me. Great option and they serve hot meals. I used the catering service for a work luncheon and all everything else I need from the store. ***** ! Fresh fruit never rancid. This is my daily stop on my way into work for healthy Grab N Go meal items/snack! Awesome store. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Thank you
